1400μ από την παραλία. Σας προσκαλούμε σε υπέροχες διακοπές στη βίλα μας. Απολαύστε την ηρεμία και την αναψυχή στην ύπαιθρο (ελαιόδεντρα, πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές). Το σπίτι έχει μέγεθος 100τμ με 2 μπαλκόνια, 2 διαμορφωμένες βεράντες και κελάρι σε οικόπεδο 2500τμ και χώρο στάθμευσης για 2 αυτοκίνητα.

Μέσα στο σπίτι υπάρχουν 3 φωτεινά υπνοδωμάτια, τα οποία είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένα και έχουν θέα στον κήπο. Στο κέντρο υπάρχει τζάκι, τηλεόραση, CD player και ρουστίκ πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα, πιάτα, μαχαιροπίρουνα, γλάστρες και μπαχαρικά). Ένα μοντέρνο μπάνιο βρίσκεται δίπλα στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα ντους και ένα διάδρομο δίπλα στο τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο (στούντιο). Όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα είναι σεντόνια, πετσέτες, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών και είδη καθαρισμού. Στην αναμονή για σας 4 ποδήλατα, μια σκιά, έπιπλα κήπου, ένα μικρό μπάρμπεκιου και κάρβουνο. Το σπίτι διαθέτει σύστημα συναγερμού και σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο.

Στις βεράντες μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας, τον φρεσκοστυμμένο χυμό πορτοκαλιού από το φρούτο που έχετε πάρει ή να πιείτε το βράδυ στη σχάρα κάτω από τον καθαρό ουρανό ενός ποτηριού μπύρας. Αυτή είναι η έννοια της ζωής στην ελληνική χώρα, συνοδευόμενη από τη μυρωδιά των τριαντάφυλλων, του γιασεμιού, της μέντας και της ρίγανης. Τα κατοικίδια ζώα σας είναι ευπρόσδεκτα στον κήπο.

Ik kan alleen maar veel lof uitbrengen voor Helena! Ze is een super gastvrouw! Ze staat voor je klaar en helpt waar het kan. Het huis is piekfijn in orde en ligt niet ver van de mooie kustlijn met azuurblauw water. Een heel goede plaats om Korinthe te verkennen. We hebben ervan genoten!

This property was a quaint country home. It was clean, and the descriptions on the website were accurate. We did rent a car, and that was helpful. Our Kia was a little larger than we would have liked to get around. We did have narrow streets to contend with and did have to back out of a narrow driveway each day. It will depend upon your driver's comfort level. Our host was very kind, and communication was frequent and clear. Eleni was a very gracious host. We recommend staying there if you don't want to be in town.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Elena. Sie ist eine tolle Vermieterin, sehr nett, hilfbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man was braucht oder wissen will. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr gepflegt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut die antiken Stätten, wie Altkorinth, Mykene, Sikyon etc., erreichen. Der Strand ist nah und sauber. Alles wirklich perfekt, Danke Elena.

Helena is a wonderful, helpful host and her house certainly suited our purposes exceedingly well. A much appreciated delicious supper awaited our late arrival from the UK. We have never known holiday accommodation where so many sheets, blankets and towels are provided and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were easily able to get to a full week’s worth of superb archaeological sites within 1hr or 1½hrs drive and the immediate coast was delightfully uncommercialised. The garden was a great asset and the immediate surroundings a piece of living countryside. Genuine farming was still being practised on all sides. We would highly recommend this property as representing great value for money though tea-lovers would need to bring their own teapot!

Fantastisch erholt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Helena (Vermieterin) ist eine tolle Frau. Sie hat sich schon im Vorfeld ausserordentlich um uns bemüht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. In jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, was uns einen erholsamen Schlaf beschert hat. Sehr praktisch fanden wir die Spül- und Waschmaschine. Am Anreisetag wurden wir mit einem kleinen leckeren Menü empfangen. Kalte Getränke standen auch bereit. Das Wetter fantastisch und klaro das Meer auch. Wir können dieses Objet nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen, vielen Dank.

Sehr großzügiges Anwesen und absolut was für Menschen die mal ausspannen wollen. Der Strand ist in 5min mit einem Auto erreichbar und nur durch Einheimische besucht. Wer Aktion haben möchte der kann im Ort und Nachbarort sehr gut ausgehen. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen buchen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug. Model, Decatlon, H&M und So weiter, aber auch sehr saubere und gut sortierte Einkaufshäuser.

Helena's place is amazing. It is a large house located close to very nice beach ( 30 minutes walking ), in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by lemon and orange trees and flowers. It is a true home away from home. There are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a patio to sit and drink your morning coffee. Helena is super nice and friendly. She greeted us with prepared lunch and a bottle of wine. Our vacation was a pleasure. Thank you Helena for being the great host

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Haus. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr großes Vertrauen. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Man bekommt nichts von Nachbarn mit. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir brauchten so gut wie nichts mitnehmen. Das Meer ist 2km entfernt. Ist zwar ein Steinstrand aber man kann baden. Historisch kann man hier einiges Unternehmen, aber auch sportlich aktiv sein. Das Meer ist hier wunderschön. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. Helena heeft ons verrast met een goede maaltijd (we kwamen pas om 22:00 uur aan) en een nieuw geplaatste vaatwasser (lekker niet afwassen). Het huis is erg mooi gelegen, heeft 3 gelijkwaardige slaapkamers, ligt in een rustige omgeving en heeft een grote tuin. Helena had ook gezorgd dat er een vijfde fiets aanwezig was. Helena is heel goed en snel bereikbaar via de whats app, reageert snel en geeft veel informatie van de streek. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Kortom; een mooi huis en een vriendelijke behulpzame gastvrouw.

Das Haus ist relativ ruhig gelegen, unweit der Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Der Kiesstrand ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar, ca. 700 m. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell am Sandstrand von Assos. Das Ferienhaus bietet allen Komfort, auch zur Selbstverpflegung. Es liegt wenig einsehbar im Grünen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns sehr viele Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Sie hat uns sogar ein kleines Büfett zubereitet, so dass wir uns am ersten Abend nicht um Essen kümmern mussten. Der Kontakt war vor dem Aufenthalt schon super und auch danach. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal an Helena!

Unsere Gastgeberin Helena hat uns im Vorfeld schon sehr gut beraten .Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einem wunderbaren Essen überrascht. Das Haus ist sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man in einem 3-wöchigen Urlaub benötigt, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A very quiet property in a most convenient location. Easy access to motorway. Helena is a very welcoming hostess and suprised us upon our evening arrival with a beautiful salad and bottle of wine and some other food necessities. Large garden with trees laden with fruit, especially oranges and olives. Excellent for self catering as all necessary kitchen items are provided. We had a splendid 8 day holiday - thanks Helena. woning is zeer rustig gelegen, minpuntje is het vele hondengeblaf 's nachts, maar wij hadden oordopjes bij, dus al bij al viel dat wel mee. Een kleine tip aan de gastvrouw, de matrassen zijn wel aan vervanging toe en de bedden zijn niet "extra groot" maar eerder klein naar onze maatstaven, 1,40 mt breedte, iets smal naar onze normen (wij zijn 1,80mt gewoon) maar voor vele mensen zal dat wel o.k. zijn. De woning is zeer gunstig gelegen voor bezoeken in dit deel van de Peloponnesos, wij hebben van daaruit zeer veel kunnen bezoeken, zonder extra ver te moeten rijden, ook de zee was zeer nabij, een vijftal autominuten. Ook als je een rustige dag wil kan je makkelijk een dagje op het terras of in de tuin verblijven, tuinmeubelen zijn er meer dan genoeg. Een hele verrassing bij onze aankomst was dat Helena en haar moeder voor ons gekookt hadden, wat zeer aangenaam was, aangezien wij een uur later toegekomen waren dan voorzien. Ook het ontbijt voor de volgende dag was voorzien, verder was de ijskast gevuld met alles wat je maar kan bedenken. dank Helena, jij bent een prima gastvrouw.

Zum ersten mal haben wir Urlaub in Griechenland gemacht und sind begeistert! Nach ein paar Tagen Athen haben wir die Zeit bei Helena verbracht. Sie ist eine wunderbare Person, die sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmert. Da sie perfekt deutsch spricht und schreibt, hatten wir keine Sprachprobleme. Viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir von ihr erhalten, die man in keinem Reiseführer finden kann. Zum Haus: absolut perfekt, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen ( was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist ), allgemein ein hervorragender Zustand, geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet, genug Platz für auch große Familien - ein Standard, der eigentlich viel teurer sein müsste. Bei der Anreise gab es sogar einen Kühlschrank voller Köstlichkeiten, die Helena selbst zubereitet hatte. Die Lage am Meer ist fantastisch und durch umliegende Felder eine ruhige Oase. Zum Strand kann man ein paar Minuten laufen oder die bereitgestellten Fahrräder nutzen. Einkaufs- und Tankmöglichkeiten sind nah und decken alles ab, was man braucht. Es gäbe noch viel mehr zu berichten, aber es lässt sich einfach zusammenfassen: Traumurlaub! Traumhaus! Traumvermieterin! Wenn Sie diese Perle(n) buchen wollen - nicht zögern!

Highly recommended hideaway. You will require your own transport! Good location for visiting Patras and other interesting spots. The main road is great (be prepared for lots of tolls!!) and very quiet to drive on. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped.Helena was an outstanding host who stayed up till 2am (late arrival, thanks British Airways!) to ensure we knew where everything was and provided food for the first day to get us started. Cannot praise her enough for all the help and advice she gave us. The restaurants of the area are not great, and the beach is very pebbly. The garden is very restful with sun beds so maybe no need for the beach? Thanks for great holiday Stan Millington & family

Helena welcomed us with with drinks and some food and we felt home from the first minute on. The house is spacious and provides you with everything you need for your holidays. The garden is very large and maintained by the owner with a lot of care. There is also a Pizza oven that we used to bake pizza on our own. We arrived by car and used the location for day trips to Corinth, Nafplio, Mykene, and Epidaurus. We consider it as the ideal location for that and the addtional plus is that you also have a beach in Vrachati to swim. The water is very clear here and we enjoyed the hours at the beach a lot. The beach itself is about 2200m away. we used our car to go there (you always find a free parking place) . You could also go by bicycle (they are provided in the house). I wished we had more time to stay at Helenas house. It is a pleasure to sit in her garden and to enjoy and relax.

Das Ferienhaus was wir Ende Juni besuchten war sehr schön eingerichtet, es beinhaltete alles was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Der Garten mit seinen Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen, den zahlreichen Rosen und weiteren schönen Blumen war wirklich traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin waren sehr sehr nett und schon im Vorfeld wirklich hilfsbereit. Sie half uns bei Zug und Busverbindung, Taxi und gab uns viele interessante Informationen rund um die Umgebung. Mit unserem Aufenthalt waren wir sehr zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt definitiv empfehlen und würden auch gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

We spent a week at the end of May in Helena’s house and we’ve had a fantastic week. The house is conveniently located in the Peloponnese (with easy access to a lot of the ancient sites we wanted to see). We rented a car which proved to be very useful as we drove a lot. Beaches near the house are really nice, most of them with pebbles and clear water – at this time of the year, it wasn’t too busy which was lovely. Now… as for the House, it was as described on the website, lovely house, spacious enough for the 6 of us, very clean, surrounded with orange trees and lemon trees which we could use if we wanted to (so freshly squeeze orange juice every morning!!!). Finally, our host, Helena: we messaged each other before our trip there and Helena was always very helpful, responded to all our questions and recommended a few places to see/restaurants to go to, etc… then when we finally met at the house, it felt as if we were old friends. Helena gave us such a wonderful welcome, with plates of food laid out on the table for us to have, a few things in the fridge for our first breakfast so that we did not have to go to the shop straight away, we were overwhelmed by such hospitality. Then throughout our week, we knew we could contact Helena if we needed help (like booking train tickets) or anything else. I could not recommend Helena and her house more, we have had a wonderful time and would be delighted to go there again. Thank you Helena for everything!!!! Sabine, Xavier and family.
