  • The holiday home Los Aperos 1 is located in Vélez-Malaga and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is available for an extra fee per item per night and a high chair is also available.

    Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, an electric griddle for cooking and an outdoor shower.

    The property is 15 minutes driving distance to the beach, shopping center, supermarket, water park and restaurants.

    A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage.

    Pets are not allowed.

    The heated pool is not covered (so its use will always depend on the weather). In the months of May to October, solar panels and the thermal blanket of the pool maintain the water temperature between 28º and 32º degrees.

    Pool area is cleaned very early, so privacy is guaranteed.

    Beach/pool towels are provided.

    The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.

    The electricity on this property is generated by solar power.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wieder einige schöne Wanderungen unternommen. Enriques Häuser haben ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und er ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber!

Pros: Nous avons passé mon mari mes 2 garçons et moi des vacances inoubliables dans cette villa. C est une super villa avec une grande piscine chauffée . Nous y avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaire. Il y a tout le confort. Le propriétaire Enrique nous a très bien reçu avec des petites attentions pour tout le monde. C est un homme très gentil et serviable. La villa est très propre. The scenery from your pool is lovely with the sun all day. The villa has everything to hand and is clean and homely making this experience even harder to leave. What can I say…….we loved this place! We felt so safe with the locked gated entry to the property a

Pros: What can I say…….we loved this place! We felt so safe with the locked gated entry to the property and so so private. The pool was 30 - 33 degrees each day so it was bliss just floating around relaxing. Enrique even cleaned the pool really early In the morning so not to disturb us. The air conditioning was brilliant and kept us really cool plus the outside of the house was picturesque with avocado trees and flowers. The only things I would change would be the dishwasher ( it was outside and we didn’t bother in the end)it would have been great to have had a proper oven to cook with and the bed was a little uncomfortable but tbh these were very minor issues. Enrique is the nicest person we’ve ever dealt with when renting a holiday home, caring and also respected our privacy. Can’t recommend enough

Pros: English: My wife (65), our son, his wife, our 5 year old grandson and myself stayed in the holiday home named "El Majao" from 17th July to 7th August 2021 at the Costa del Sol near Velez-Malaga. El Majao is one of 6 properties of Senior Enrique Hijano. Enrique has given each of his properties unique names as for example El Majao. After living in Los Aperos 2 and Los Baranquillos 1 during our holidays in previous years, this year we stayed with our family in El Majao, a big family house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 AC unit and a large outdoor pool and lots of outdoor space. All the properties we stayed in so far have in common, that they are very clean, well maintained and in outstanding locations. El Majao is located in the middle of a Mango plantation. The outlook is outstanding and the quietness is awesome and the only thing you hear is the screaming of your own children or grandchildren, as it was in our case. The downside of the El Majao property is the access way. Even it is only about 10 minutes away from the beaches of Benajarafe, the last Kilometer to the house is a challenge as the road is pretty narrow and hilly. Driving slowly and carefully is the only solution to it. Once you are familiar with the road it is manageble. Also is the El Majao best suited for a single family as there is only one AC unit in the main room. The doors to the bedrooms preferrably shout stay open at nights to supply sufficient cooling to all bedroom areas during hot summer nights which results in a lack of privacy. Apart from the 2 mentioned "problems" above we found a wonderful place for our holiday which is absolutely recommendable. German: Meine Frau (65), unser Sohn, seine Frau, unser 5-jähriger Enkel und ich waren vom 17. Juli bis 7. August 2021 im Ferienhaus "El Majao" an der Costa del Sol bei Velez-Malaga. El Majao ist eine von 6 Unterkünften von Senior Enrique Hijano. Enrique hat jedem seiner Anwesen einzigartige Namen gegeben, wie zum Beispiel El Majao. Nachdem wir in unseren Ferien in den Vorjahren in Los Aperos 2 und Los Baranquillos 1 gelebt haben, waren wir dieses Jahr mit unserer Familie in El Majao, einem großen Familienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Badezimmer, 1 Klimaanlage und einem großen Außenpool und viel Platz im Freien. Allen Unterkünften, in denen wir bisher übernachtet haben, ist gemeinsam, dass sie sehr sauber, gepflegt und in hervorragender Lage sind. El Majao liegt inmitten einer Mangoplantage. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend und die Stille genial und man hört nur das Geschrei der eigenen Kinder oder Enkel, wie bei uns. Die Kehrseite des Anwesens El Majao ist die Zufahrt. Auch wenn es nur ca. 10 Minuten von den Stränden von Benajarafe entfernt ist, ist der letzte Kilometer bis zum Haus eine Herausforderung, da die Straße ziemlich eng und hügelig ist. Langsames und vorsichtiges Fahren ist die einzige Lösung. Sobald Sie mit der Straße vertraut sind, ist sie überschaubar. Außerdem ist das El Majao am besten für eine einzelne Familie geeignet, da es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptraum gibt. Die Türen zu den Schlafzimmern bleiben nachts vorzugsweise offen, um in heißen Sommernächten alle Schlafzimmerbereiche mit ausreichender Kühlung zu versorgen, was zu einem Mangel an Privatsphäre führt. Abgesehen von den 2 oben genannten "Problemen" haben wir für unseren Urlaub einen wunderbaren Ort gefunden, der absolut zu empfehlen ist.

La cerise sur le gâteau, la T° de l'eau de piscine ~ !à 29-30°C grâce à un système chauffage par panneaux solaires. Le calme et la sérénité des lieux. Les restaurants (surtout ceux conseillés par Enriqué) . Allez-y, vous n'en reviendrez pas.

Pros: This was our second year staying at Los Baranquillos 1 Everything was as we expected and to the same high standards that we experienced last year. The house is well appointed and stocked with everything you will need, great WiFi also. The pool and other 2 seating areas are perfect for relaxing or breakfast with great views. This house is very private and cleverly designed so that you can’t see or hear the people next door in No 2. We stayed for 3 weeks this time and it was bliss getting away from covid restrictions at home. Our flights changed on 3 occasions due to the pandemic and we also added an extra week. Nothing was too much trouble for Enrique and our requests were dealt with without any fuss and always getting back to us promptly. Enrique really is the perfect host. We have plans to return next year. When you find a place this perfect, why would you not.

Pros: En été 2014, nous avions loué la villa "Los Barranquillos 1" d'Enrique. Perdue sur la colline avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, nous avions adoré. Ayant décidé de retourner à Malaga cet été, c'est sans hésitation que nous sommes repassés par Enrique. Cette fois-ci nous avons loué "Los Aperos 2", moins isolée, mais avec tout de même une très jolie vue sur la mer et un calme total. Enrique est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible, mais jamais envahissant. Par WhatsApp, nous lui avons demandé une multitude d'informations. Contrairement à 2014, où nous avions énormément visité (il y a une multitude de choses à voir/faire en Andalousie avec de jeunes enfants ou de grands ados), cette année (en raison de la situation sanitaire) nous avons principalement lézardé autour de la piscine. Comme indiqué dans le titre, encore une expérience parfaite et sans nul doute, lorsque nous reviendrons à Malaga, nous profiterons d'une autre des villas d'Enrique

Pros: Nous y revenons souvent car cette maison est parfaite pour passer de belles vacances. Tout est fonctionnel et bien agencé. La maison est bien équipée, le jardin très beau et entièrement clos. Même la voiture est à l’abri du soleil. Piscine très sympa. Espace extérieur bbq parfait. Proche de tout (Nerja, Malaga, sites culturels). Et en prime l’extrême gentillesse d’Enjique. Nous conseillons fortement !!

Pros: The terraced house is well furnished, clean and with all necessities that's needed. (Unfortunately there are thin walls so if you sleep lightly or wake up by small noises you should have this in mind.) But the heated pool - Need I say more - It is extremely awesome and was in use many many many times! (REMEMBER! Bring air mattresses for 100% relaxation in the pool...) ;-) Mr. Hijano (the owner) is extremely friendly, serviceminded and makes every effort for you to get a great stay and with help to find local shops, restaurants and more. I will happily recommend this charming property located in avocado groves and recommend Mr. Hijano as landlord.

Une maison parfaite avec tout ce qu'il faut , très propre , joliment décorée, produits ménager à disposition, piscine extra avec une eau très chaude, propriété très bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très professionnel, d'une gentillesse extrême, très sympathique, disponible et discret. Les petites attentions à notre arrivées sont très appréciées. En un mot : le paradis ! Pros: een super huis ,wij hebben zowel in barranquillos 1 als 2 gezeten ,de huisjes hetzelfde ,alleen de maat zwembad verschillend ,maar super fijn huis en heerlijk warm zwembad ,ook wordt het heel schoon gehouden ,wij zijn erg tevreden over deze locatie

Pros: This is our 3rd stay here in about 4 years and the first one with our 1 year old baby. This is a little charming house, having all you need for holiday. It's really really clean - we have travelled a lot, but this is one of the cleanest places we stayed in. We've always enjoyed the pool, and so did the baby this year. It's really useful that the pool area can be locked and small kids are safe. The owner is very professional yet friendly and whenever we had questions or needs he answered them very well and immediately. We love going to the local market in Torre del Mar for meat, fish and in the local fruit and vegetables shops for good and affordable produce. We'll be back in a couple of years.
