The modern, 87m² apartment is located on the south shore of the Wörthersee, only 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Velden, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and the Casino Velden. Enjoy the view over the azure waters of the lake and the view of the Gerlitzen ski area. The apartment is divided into living-dining room with integrated kitchen (fully equipped), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc., dining table with 6 chairs, 55 "flat screen TV, office corner with desk, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 extra bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, WC, 10m² balcony with lake view, 42m² terrace with lake view.

Experience the Wörthersee up close! Direct lake access (about 150m), sun loungers, sanitary facilities are available for free. On the jetty there is a beach cafe, where you can enjoy cool drinks, snacks or ice cream.
Free Wörthersee Plus Card (div. reductions)

On request: home delivery of fresh bread, pastries and pastries (Mon-Sat, except public holidays from May to September) possible.
A filled wine cabinet, Nespresso coffee capsules, cereals and homemade jams are available for a charge.

Wenn man wirklich Urlaub machen möchte kann man dieses Apartment nur empfehlen. Grosszügig geplant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. V.a. eine Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und sich mit grossem Engagement für das Wohl ihrer Gäste einsetzt. Das nahe gelegene Café Bundschuh (mit Seezugang für Apartment-Gäste) ist eine weitere Perle. Die Kommunikation über die Plattform fewo-direkt war etwas holprig. Hier kann empfohlen werden, die Dialog-IT nachzurüsten. Sehr schwerfälliges Tool.

Wunderschönes Appartment mit tollem Blick

Wir hatten trotz Regen eine prima Zeit am See. Das Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Toll sind die vielen Schränke damit nicht alles herumsteht und aufgeräumt ist - so kann man genießen. Vielen Dank!

Der Aufenthalt wahr mega schön. Die Lage oberhalb vom See, so richtig zum geniessen bei dieser schönen Wohnung mit dem gedeckten Balkon. Die Betten wahren ein wenig weich, haben aber trotzdem relativ gut geschlafen. Ansonsten aber TOP

Schöne Fewo zu empfehlen

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Wasserzugang unten beim Strand Cafe. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ringsum den Wörthersee alles private Seezugänge so dass man kaum direkt am See ankommt. Velden hat zum Glück beim Schlosshotel eine Flaniermeile. Vermieter ist präsent und beantwortet Fragen schnell. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: bei 3 er Belegung Kopfkissen und Decke liegen lassen für das Wohlfühlklima, Spiegel im WC Bad und Eimer fehlt, Schneebesen und Kompottschälchen in der Küche. Im 1.OG Dauermieter mit Hund daher war kein ausschlafen möglich. Aktuell Baustelle daneben.

Sehr tolle Aussicht in zentraler Lage

Schöne helle und große Wohnung mit einer Terrasse seitlich und einem Balkon. Für 5 Personen super. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kleiner aber steiler Berg nach unten und man ist am Wasser mit privatem Badesteg. Im Oktober natürlich nicht genutzt. Sah aber toll aus. Die Autobahn ist in Hörweite. Das stört nicht jeden unbedingt sollte man aber wissen. Können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Stilvolles Wohnen über dem Wörthersee

Großzügige Wohnung in wunderschöner Lange in Laufnaehe zu Veldens Flaniermeile. Sehr gastfreundliche Gastgeber. Wohnung modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es fiel uns so schwer uns zu verabschieden…aber wir kommen wieder.

Das Appartment ist wunderbar gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht. Unser 1,5 jähriger Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, Hochstuhl und Kinderbett wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Vermieter sind sehr symphatisch.

Schöner und enspannter Urlaub

Traumhaft und ruhig gelegen mit perfektem Ausblick zum See. Super und sehr gepflege Austattung.Ein Platz um perfekt abzuschalten und zu genießen. Überaus nette und sympatische Vermieterin. Freue mich schon auf das nächste Jahr um wieder einen schönen Urlaub in Velden verbringen zu dürfen.

Traumhaftes Domizil

Mein Mann und ich waren im Sept. 2016 fast 3 Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Feriendomizil verfügt über eine Traumsicht, einen schönen geräumigen Balkon und eine wunderschöne seitliche Terrasse, auf der man zu dieser Jahreszeit den 2. Frühstückskaffee bei vollem Sonnenschein und traumhafter Sicht einnehmen kann. Wir haben dies täglich genossen. Die Wohnung und das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Den Ort Velden kann man gut zu Fuß an einem sehr schönen Panoramaweg erreichen, auch hier findet man alles was zu einem Wohlfühlurlaub gehört. Wir können diese schöne Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Appartement am Seecorso in Velden!

Das Appartement überzeugt mit guter Lage in Velden, Bars und mehrere Restaurants finden sich in wenigen Gehminuten von der Wohnung. Sie liegt im 2.Stock und bietet so einen wunderbaren Blick über den Wörthersee (kein Lift)! Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und Gewürze und Öle stehen für Notfälle zur Verfügung! Zuvorkommende Mieter stehen für alle Fragen gerne bereit.
