Amazing pool and property! Home was very clean when we arrived. Very quiet neighborhood- would absolutely stay again. Host was very kind and informative. Absolutely perfect for our family vacation.

Beautiful getaway home on the ocean! Our family loved spending time at the house enjoying the pool, tennis court, oversized patio (fully equipped for grilling), and the back deck that overlooks the ocean. The house has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed getting to know some of the locals and the beach is only 5 minutes away. Great for a family retreat! The host was so responsive on all of our needs and questions!

Beautiful beach front home. The host and cohost were available when we had questions and were very helpful. The home was clean and stocked with paper products and extras to make all of us comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home.

Everything was wonderful! From the initial booking to our departure, seamless! John is a fantastic host! The home is great! The beds are super comfortable, the amenities provided are unlike anything we expected. Just unpack and relax! Location to grocery stores is great. The games were an absolute hit with our group of 9. Family dinners were easily hosted here at the beautiful dining table able to accommodate us all! The pool area and covered area made for the perfect place to spend the day floating in the pool and enjoying the peace and quiet. The ocean view, simply breathtaking! Enjoyed sitting reading on the deck by the ocean. The property is well cared for! Oh and the coffee…our hosts provided so many options!! Memorable trip in the perfect place!

Winter Vacation w/Friends

We really enjoyed the comfortable and expansive property. This was a perfect getaway to escape the winter cold and spend time with friends. We found John and the property manager to by be very responsive and helpful. We found some nice, close beaches and enjoyable restaurants!

Another amazing family vacation

Staying at John and Teresa's home is like staying at your own private resort, with a pool, hot tub, tennis court and a spacious and well equipped home. The house is located in a gated community with friendly neighbors, and groceries, bakeries and restaurants minutes away.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Vega Baja was absolutely incredible! We had a group of nine people—four adults, four teenagers, and an 11-year-old—and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and somehow even more stunning in person than the listing photos.One of our favorite things was that we hardly needed to leave the property. The private pool, pickleball court, and the absolutely breathtaking views overlooking the natural beach right in the backyard made it the perfect place to relax and spend time together. We found ourselves wanting to stay at the house just as much, if not more, as we wanted to explore Puerto Rico.The hosts were exceptional. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, they were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful experience. They made it clear they were only a text or phone call away if we needed anything and truly went above and beyond to make our vacation relaxing and stress-free.The location was also perfect. Puerto Nuevo Beach was only about a 9-minute drive away and ended up being our favorite swimming beach of the entire trip. Having one of Puerto Rico’s best beaches so close while still enjoying the privacy and tranquility of this home was the best of both worlds.If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate!

Oceanside splendor

This beautiful home has the feel of a private resort, including a very good sized pool with a waterfall feature, a seaside jacuzzi and private baths for 3 of the suites. Teens, millennials and seniors alike in our party of nine were all impressed with the rooms, amenities and location near some great beaches. This is a great location to enjoy the North Coast from Dorado to Arecibo, and inland to the karst area and central mountains. Definitely a top choice!

Beautiful home and fabulous hosts

Our hosts were very communicative when we didn’t understand something about the house and we believe we got a great deal for this beautiful compound. The view was gorgeous, the amenities were many (tennis/pickle bar court, outdoor living area). We had an amazing time at our home away from home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, John and Zinnia, for a lovely stay.

the host was more than responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. the house was beautiful and the pool just as the pictures captured! It was a great location with plenty of space for 7 adults and great extras for a 20-month old. WouldHighly recommend!

Fabulous stay in paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The adults and kids (1.5-5yrs) loved swimming in the pools, especially the small pool right at the edge of the ocean. Truly magical. We all enjoyed relaxing in the various outdoor spaces and found the indoor spaces clean and adequate for our party of 10. The owner was super responsive and helpful with all of my many questions. We would definitely come back and would recommend the property to others as well.

Best vacation ever.

Absolutely stunning place. This Ocean view modern house will satisfy everyone. Beyond the stylish rooms we were surprised by a big outdoor territory with tennis court and tons of palms. Outside grill area with music, tv, and drink fridge is a perfect spend time place at night. But the best thing everyone felt in love with was a huge 12 person hot tub right on the beach where you could enjoy sunsets in warm ocean water with a drink in your hand. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience.

This home exceeded our expectations! We vacationed with our five adult children. We had several plans in Puerto Rico and we canceled most of them just to stay and enjoy the home. Very spacious, extremely clean and very well stocked! We love to cook, it had plenty of spices, utensils, and space to cook. One of our favorite parts was the entire family and then some could fit around the dining room table for dinner and game night. Our girls loved the espresso machine and we loved the coffee pot. Beach towels galore, things to use in the pool, we used the pickle ball court every day! The small deck out by the ocean great for coffee or reading a book. Staying cool in the shade around the pool underneath the covered grill and patio area. Some of the kids took naps on the furniture and in the hammock. We had several connect for competitions out by the pool. We did go snorkeling west of the house passed the public beach. Highly recommended. We got Mexican takeout at Poco Loco, would definitely go there again. We ordered Padilla‘s pizza on our way into the house, so good! So many great places to take family pictures. We already have two friends that are looking to book at this house after we sent them pictures and videos while we were there. John, the host goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable and complete. We even left something behind and he is getting it to us. I could write you a book about this place, but I will spare you.

It was perfect…thank you John for letting us stay in your home. John made sure we had everything we needed and were happy. It was a blessing bringing my family to where I was born and raised. Fabulous House On Coast

John ensured me and my friends had everything we would need for my 50th Bday. He provided a Birthday caked, Bottle of wine and a 13 pack of the local beer. Stayed with a few close friends and we all enjoyed the house and grounds. The house is beautiful and clean. The backyard is huge and the poo and patio area made for a great place for our group to enjoy ourselves.The owner John and his Staff Zinna were great and responded very quickly to any questions. I would 11/10 recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great relaxing time

This house higjlighted an amazing first visit to PR. The gorgeous property and ocean views were unforgettable. We had two families with teens in our group and had plenty of living space inside and out. Lots of fun things to do with a large pool with slide and tennis court, but lounging was the top activity. Views of the shore with morning coffee were hard to leave each day. It is a non-swimming beach, though we still enjoyed watching the crabs crawling around. There are 3 wonderful swimming beaches within 10min. Cooking and grilling are well supported.John was a perfect owner and host, answering all questions timely and offering support when needed. We felt safe in the gated neighborhood, and the nearby town has plenty of food, bars, and grocery options. Being away from the busy city was perfect for our crew.We loved our stay in Vega Baja! Came away with a ridiculios number of postcard-worthy pics.
