"My husband and I have stayed multiple times. Reliably clean and we know what what we are getting. This isn't luxury but it's very up to date and tidy. Beds are comfortable to us. Hospital helio pad is close but noise doesn't bother us. I always travel with ear plugs."

"Best thing was the rate.
Worst thing was not hot water for the shower or sink. I complained to the staff about this and received an apology but departed without showering.
Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't even get that."

"We booked at the last minute. Were put into a handicap room without being told ahead of time. Perhaps they were fully booked a had no other room available but it would have been nice to have been told. Room was ok but the mirror in the bathroom was lower to accommodate a wheel chair however very awkward for someone standing."

"We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to...

We purchased two rooms, seemed pretty clean, however in one of the rooms, there was someone’s work boots in the closet so it leaves me to question how thorough the cleaning really is. "Loved this place. Only issue was the number of homeless near there that were panhandling us each time we walked out. Not blaming that on property at all. As a matter of fact I think there were things done to help. (breakfast delivered to room rather than a buffet for example.)"

"Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet."
