Private, Quiet 2nd Story Studio Apartment. This apartment looks out over the main house and grounds towards Case Inlet in the Puget Sound. There are stairs to the beach and a ramp that can be used to transport kayaks, paddle boards, and small boats to the sound. We often see orcas and eagles, river otters, seals, and sometimes humpback whales. The weather is often warmer and sunnier here at Sunshine Beach than most of the region as the property faces south, looking out at Herron Island.
There are several stairs and a landing leading to the entrance. Once inside, there is a set of stairs leading up to the studio apartment. The washer and dryer are located in the garage below the apartment.
