"The only downside was that the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which isn't ideal for someone with respiratory issues. Although the staff kindly moved me to a different room, there was still a faint odor. I hope the hotel continues to improve and gets even better! 😊😊"

"Best Hampton Inn experience in all my travels. The staff is wonderful (especially TT!), the rooms clean and modern, and the shuttle to the airport is GREAT. It leaves every half hour to take guests to SEATAC and offers pickup as well. They also dropped my husband off at the light rail station. And they stored our luggage until our room was ready (and it was ready early!) Plus hot breakfast and good coffee. A+!"

"Room was clean but in need of updating. Air conditioning was a hit and miss of working it smelled like mildew or something trying to cover up the smell of smoke or animals. We pick this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service. The shuttle service stops at 11 and our plane was late, but I called them when we got to the baggage claim and they accommodated us to pick us up. The van was ok. The driver was extremely helpful with our luggage and friendly. "

"I really like the free airport transfer to the hotel and back to the airport the next day to hop on the link light rail to get on our cruise at pier 66. This is the best and least expensive way to travel. 3 dollars!!!!!"

"It was noisy. The sound of running water was loud in the bathroom with no water in use by us. The coffee maker didn’t work. There were no towels for the kitchenette sink. We will not be returning."

"Skybridge has a wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. I loved the early and late check in. Room was ready and clean. The resturant was excellent. Compliments to the chef on the salmon crab chowder. Will stay again."

"We ask for a queen bed but was given a double bed and kitchen but not no utensils. I was disappointed in the pet depositing motel 6 one part was studio 6 as well but to put up deposit when it did match the standard of being newer and one small for each side of the bed which was small and woren They could added more pillows and towel just because it was studio!"

"We wanted to like this place but it is not much more than a crash pad, which is what we used it for with an early flight. The room was not clean with remnants of prior guests and a cheap remodel or upkeep. The worst was the fan/cooling was not working so it was an uncomfortable, sleepless night. Airport noise makes opening the window a problem. The free parking and available shuttle are probably the highlights. I believe there is breakfast but we didn’t stay long enough to sample. Not a dive but...

"I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. We just had a communication problem at breakfast. Pancake machine was not working and we couldn’t communicate it to the hostess. We ended up just having toast."

"Was a good stay stay if i count it by room , but lift was not working, hot tub didn't work, toiletries were not filled, room service for cleaning was not given even when we told them to. Breakfast was very basic."

"Airport shuttle was fabulous! The local restaurant shuttle was a bonus. 12 pm checkout was excellent too. Loved the front desk recommendations for restaurants were great."

"This is unbelievable because there wasn’t any bottled water available to buy. The entire shelf was empty and nobody bothered to refill the water stand. Did not expect that I did not feel that that I need to buy water from outside before checking into the hotel. I was surprised and shocked that I had to drink fountain water and smells really bad old rusty smell. Had a bad experience staying at the hotel."
