"The house is as stylish and capacious as the booking information suggests! We made full use of the cool indoor spaces and the pool during our stay at the height of a heatwave. Macqueville and the nearby villages are very quiet and we experienced the slightly unreliable hours of the village shop and restaurant. Booking there is essential. Also a special mention for Dave who was very helpful. "

"We were very happy with our stay at Hobogite. Lots of thoughtful care from our hosts Rob & Lene to provide everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Much appreciated!! "This house is exceptional. The outside area is particularly lovely, the pool a dream. We had everything we needed, spending evenings cooking in the kitchen room which overlooks the garden and pool area was relaxing and eating outdoors equally pleasant. "Nous avons passé 1 semaine à 12 dans cette maison. Le séjour a été globalement très bon, même si certains points méritent d'être noté.Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur ainsi qu'à l'extérieur. La cour est très agréable, avec le panier de basket, les vélos. La piscine est a bonne température et plutôt grande. La cuisine est très grande avec pas mal d'équipements. La maison est à proximité d'un spot de canoë tres bien, ainsi que d'Angoulême qui est une très belle ville.À noter toutefois qu'il n'y a...

"We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."
