"Took far too long to check in. They disabled our keys before checkout time and we had to go down to checkin desk to get keys rekeyed. Of the 5 rooms in our party this happened to all. Some of them resorted to going to cleaning staff to open rooms to get luggage out for Transport to airport. Good ..."

"Scammed for booking taxi to the airport from the hotel. Booked big taxi and confirmed several times for the same at the front desk but got 2 small taxis instead and was forced to pay double amount. Very disappointed with the booking experience."
