"The reception staff at Pest-Buda were courteous, polite, and genuinely helpful, which created a good first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing.
• Restaurant service: breakfast-The staff were consistently rude and unaccommodating. Orders were mixed up, and any request for flexibility—such as switching homemade bread for a croissant—was met with a firm “no.” One staff member in particular (with a beard and ponytail) was especially dismissive and negative.

"Clean room, lovely property and very hospitable. The only change we noticed since staying last time is a nightclub on the back of the hotel that plays Thursday to Saturday night from 11pm to 5am. While not loud per se you do hear the persistent beat and hum. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"This was excellent overall. The property is less than 6 months old so everything was modern and impeccably clean.
Right besides the St Basilica so location for tourist to all of Pest and easy walk to the Chain Bridge to get to Buda.
The breakfast was far better than expected and lots of variety.
The best part was the staff. From the breakfast area who were so thoughtful for my wife’s gluten allergies to front staff and even the bar (where we had a fresh vegetable bowl that was delicious)....
