The Space:

Welcome to your private executive suite in a beautiful North Vancouver craftsman home! This bright, spacious, and modern 800 sq ft space is designed for comfort and privacy, separated from the main house by a concrete floor and acoustic insulation for a truly peaceful stay.



The open-plan concept features a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a 42" flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray/DVD player.



Key features include:

- Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a double pull-out couch in the living area.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen: A full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher and microwave.

- Private Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of your own in-suite stackable washer and dryer, an independent hot water tank, and dedicated heating (gas fireplace and electric baseboards in bedrooms).

- Connectivity: High-speed internet and a telephone are provided for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire 800 sq ft suite. Your private space includes:

A dedicated private entrance with a pathway leading directly from the street.

Exclusive use of a covered outdoor patio, furnished with a table and chairs.

A barbecue on the patio for your personal use.



The suite is entirely self-contained, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

Family-Friendly: We welcome families! A playpen and bed rails can be provided upon request. We can also share a list of trusted local babysitters if you're planning a parents' night out.

We live in the main house and are happy to offer local recommendations or assist with any questions you may have during your stay.
