They add 80% more money service fee, cleaning fee, at site payment, tax, as advertising price. Some adding on money is reasonable, some are not. I picked room price $79 per nights, 2 nights cost $325.10, thay asked etransfer right away. I was so glad that i didn't book my 6 nights vacation at same place, i moved to another place 3 nights, $312 , clean, nice, place.
I checked if i booked this place although price dropped $69 /night, same 3 nights, it would cost $440+, so check your total price comparing with other place which list price seem to be higher than this place, but there're not too many additional cost. It's my lessons to share.
Kitchen supplies are terrible, pot, pan etc are not in good conditions, should in garbage. They canceled my booking because she upgraded my room, so i cant get points from expedia although I stayed in the place. So suggestions, if she ask you to pay more mone to upgrade your room, don't follow her, only one Den in the building. I found out that she has a way to let people pay more, and cancel you booking, you can stay, but no point collecting, tricky business is going on there.
