The bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized tempur-pedic mattress and combed cotton high thread count sheets with fluffy shams, duvet and pillows. A warm spacious and cozy retreat.
Excellent furnishings in this one bedroom private entrance suite.
A bright 750 sq. ft suite with 4 large windows with screens.
All rooms have thermostats and electric baseboard heating. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-sized washer and dryer laundry room in the suite; a large dining area; a livingroom area equipped with big screen TV and Rogers cable; a workstation area with free WiFi.
SKIERS take NOTE: Only 10 minutes to the nearest Coastal Mountain skiing at Grouse Mountain; 15 minutes to Cypress Bowl ski mountain; 30 minutes to Mount Seymour ski lifts. Only 1 Hour and 30 minutes to Whistler / Blackcomb Ski mountains.
Sightseeing: only 12 minutes to Vancouver City Centre by car, 30 minutes by bus and Seabus to Vancouver city centre. Locally you are only 5 minutes to shopping at Park Royal Mall.and Lower Lonsdale and The Quay
We are12 steps down to the suite, (banisters on both sides of the stairs)
You will be comforted to know that your suite has been fully inspected by the Government Business inspector and Fire Inspector for the approved Short-term Rental Business Licence RST-36025 issued Sept 25, 2024

We were very impressed with how clean and well maintained the suite was. Stephanie, was the host because her husband, Howie, was out of town. She was friendly and helpful recommending restaurants. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver and other areas of British Columbia.

This property is as described - luxurious and comfortable with every amenity you could wish for. Moreover, the owner is the most pleasant we've ever encountered in our many VRBO stays. The location of this property is located within no more than 30 minutes by car to any tourist attraction, and to the Vancouver airport. And the city transit system is one of the best in Canada. You will love your stay here; we look forward to our next stay!!

2nd stay at Howies wonderful spot in North Van.The unit is impeccably clean and well equipped with cutlery, utensils, dishware etc.Howie is excellent at staying in touch and responding to needs.The unit is quiet and conveniently located.

Right off the highway, Howie’s home is easily accessible but still quiet and cozy. The suite is down a staircase to a private entrance to the basement of the home. Howie was a very communicative host and we felt very comfortable there. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay - free parking, easy drive to the city and super easy drive to cypress for skiing!

I stayed at this fabulous apartment from a Wednesday to Saturday. Howie was nothing but amazing! He communicates well and wants everything to be perfect for his guest! He is very helpful when it comes to transportation and providing the best information possible. He made it so easy and accommodating for us. When I come back to Vancouver I will definitely be staying with him! Thank you for an amazing 4 days

Great place to stay in north Vancouver. The home was quiet and beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more prior to setting sale on a cruise. Despite close location to the freeway, it was very quiet with an awesome mattress to provide very restful sleeps. Excellent location within walking distance to Safeway and a variety of restaurants. Howie was kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I on our trip to Vancouver. Howie was a great host. He greeted us on arrival and showed us the accommodation. He also gave us info about the surrounding area. The place was spacious and immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Howie has thought of everything. Being in north Vancouver, it was very close to Grouse Mountain and Lynn Canyon. You can also easily catch the Seabus ferry from Lonsdale Quay across to the Waterfront in Vancouver.

Not only was this a lovely property with a gorgeous backyard and a friendly, helpful host who goes out of his way to make sure you are superbly comfortable, it had an advantage which is hard to find in most other properties, the ability to bring your bikes or e-bikes and store them securely in a locked garage when not in use.

Our getaway accommodation was perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped like home, living area and bedrooms very comfortable, bathroom has all the necessities in case you forgot something! It was so lovely to stay in an accommodation that felt like home! Central for day trips to the Sunshine Coast, Bowen Island and Squamish. Howie is an excellent host!
