"If you like tea, it is difficult to make because the machine is used for coffee so it tastes like coffee. If you like baths, forget it, there are only showers, and the curtain does not prevent water getting all over the floor. If you have trouble seeing, the lighting is terrible, especially in the bathroom."

"Beautiful views of the shipyards, Vancouver Sound, and downtown Vancouver. Shipyards shopping and dining is literally steps away. Probably the best hotel we've ever visited in the western hemisphere. Service and restaurant were top tier."

"We stayed at this hotel the night before and the night after our cruise, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect — convenient and easy for everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable.
