"The place was more spacious than expected and we received a warm welcome from Trish when we arrived. She provided a nice little touch with chocolates on the pillow, extra beach towels, tea bag, coffee and hot chocolate. We just didn't like the mattress, too soft for our taste but tastes differ."

"Wonderful stay at this location , Tom was truly an excellent host and has a perfect home for our annual trip to the island. the home had everything we needed to accommodate a larger group size and plenty of space for us to organize our day field trips. The hot tub was certainly most welcome after long days along with the patio and propane fire place. Tom really cares about the wellbeing of his guests and goes above and beyond to provide a good experience. hands down the best trip ever...

"We booked the property for a little family reunion, on the beach we used to vacation at years ago. It's exactly what we were looking for! The property is spacious, has great amenities and outdoor space, and is literally 3 steps to the beach. Can't wait to book another trip here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. As long-time ex residents of PR we found it was well located and very comfortable with lots of room. It had all the amenities we needed and more. We loved the outdoor deck and backyard. Our host Rebecca was very responsive and we enjoyed meeting her. We'd love to stay again someday."

"We were so happy with our stay in the tiny home. Yes it is tiny but the layout is set up perfectly and makes the home feel bigger than it is. Our only regret is only being available for 1 night. Being close to the Saltery Bay ferry is a huge plus as well. The host Melanie is very attentive and helpful. The area put out a boil water advisory, and Melanie immediately dropped off clean drinking water to ensure we were still comfortable. I did feel bad as the checkout time on VRBO is set at 11am,...

"The area is very quiet, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a hot cap of coffee watching the landscapes every morning."

"This place’s view was stunning. The cabin is exactly as pictured and cozy. The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area"

"Amazing property, me and my girlfriend loved every minute there. Nice little walk to lund village with everything you could need, we got the sea taxi over to savory island for as little as $56 for 2 adults round trip. Its a must try for those seeking Beautiful beaches. Adam the owner was lightning quick with any questions we had wich made the experience very pleasant. I dont need to mention about the Cabin as you will have to go and see it. It has everything you will ever need and more! Very...

"One of the most charming places I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a bowl of eggs from the ducks/chickens at the end of the garden (which we promptly repaid with snacks) and the three small buildings were super clean and incredibly welcoming. There were a few minor bug/dirt related issues with the outside shower but nothing too bad at all. We look forward to coming to stay again!"
