"Four of us stayed at this house while visiting my ill brother in Courtenay, BC. It was a very close proximity to his house, which made it easy to visit frequently during the days we were there. Everything was orderly and the provisions were all there. Very comfortable beds for all of us and lots of room. Thanks for everything, Tom!"

"Lovely place. Very kind and thoughtful owner left a note for our daughter who was there for a race. Hot tub was lovely before and after a hard day of biking. Place is a wee bit smaller than we thought but was great. "

"Incredibly spacious, incredibly beautiful home. Nice touches include a horse from a carousel, huge kitchen and dining area, wood slab furniture throughout, large deck and backyard. Melanie was easy to communicate with and provided thorough and easy to understand instructions. You’ll be pleased. "

"My husband and I decided to spend a week on Denman in hopes of catching the herring spawning (excellent wildlife opportunities). Our host was very easy to communicate with and she made us feel at home on her farm. Her place is very clean and charming. The wood stove was cozy. The access to beaches and town was easy. All in all, a great week."

"Lovely log cabin on Texada. Please note this is a paved road, but most are not paved, but gravel. It is a ways downhill to the beach so no beach access from the cabin if you have mobility issues. Cabin well stocked with what you need for cooking your own meals. Upstairs is only accessible by ladder. We had great adventures seeing the rare spotted turtles and climbing mountains. Unfortunately waterfall was dried up when we went in April. "
