The apartment, renovated in 2025, is located in the Montabel Condominium, in the middle of the pedestrian area of Breuil-Cervinia in front of the Cretaz facilities. With an area of about 48 m², it accommodates up to 6 people and is designed as a central and functional base for families and small groups who want to always move on foot and experience the ski week in simple and natural times. Cervinia from the first row: in front of you the slopes and the movement of the facilities, all around the vitality of the pedestrian center. It's the right space for a break in the sun, for a slow return after skiing or to relax before going down to dinner. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area (ZTL), in the center of Cervinia. Authorized access to the ZTL is provided for baggage arrival and unloading. In front of the condominium there is an external condominium car park, not assigned and with limited places, subject to availability upon arrival; therefore, the possibility of parking in front of the building is not guaranteed. Alternatively, free or paid public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
