VERY NICE TERRACE APARTMENT FACING THE SEA XXL VIEW

Spend a pleasant holiday in this luxury apartment of 45 square meters, facing the sea in a front-line building. 8 m2 covered terrace, it is open in front of or closed by 3 large bay windows of 4 m wide (electric aluminum shutters) the 3 bays fold down on one side in order to take advantage of the sea air and the panoramic view on the sea. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator). It is therefore very clear, the windows open on both sides and allow the sea air to cool the rooms.
This accommodation is a large T2 which has all the comforts, a large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 3-burner ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, the worktop is granite. Crockery in abundance, electric coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, radio, etc. A square table and chairs.

You must bring your sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels as they are not provided for this rental. The car is recommended but is not essential because the main shops are 20m up to 150m. The beach is 25 m away. A secure, numbered parking space within the co-ownership is available.
This apartment is 100 m from the casino (game rooms)

A deposit of 400 € will be requested on arrival and returned on departure if there is no damage or breakage in the apartment.

Superbes vacances dans un bel appartement très bien situé en face de la mer avec magasins et centre ville tout proches. Valras-Plage est une station très animée. À refaire car l’appartement et l’environnement sont sublimes et très bonaccueil.

Verlängerungswoche

Die zuerst 2-wöchige Buchung konnten wir um eine 3. Woche verlängern, was sehr praktisch war, weil 2024 das Wetter unterdurchschnittlich kühl war - Anfang Juni mit Wassertemperaturen deutlich unter 20 Grad. Gegen Ende Juni hin war es besser mit 20-22 Grad, dann war auch allmählich mehr los am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr breit und es gibt viel Platz. Ins Wasser geht es sehr flach rein, man kann leicht 30 m oder so reinlaufen, bis es tief genug zum Schwimmen wird. Die Wohnung habe ich vorher schon beschrieben - tolle Lage so nah am Strand, und richtig schön für einen gemütlichen Urlaub am Meer.

Eine ganz tolle Wohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen (Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber mit der Übersetzungs-App ging es auch), und die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben - ordentlich, und gut eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass sie von den Eigentümern auch privat benutzt wird. Sehr praktisch ist der abgesperrte Parkplatz im Innenbereich des Geländes, aber das Highlight ist die Lage 30 m vom Strand und der Blick von der Wohnung auf's Meer. Es ist natürlich noch die Straße dazwischen, aber das stört nicht weiter. Am Balkonfenster zu sitzen, vom 2. Stock das Meer und die Leute zu beobachten und dabei gemütlich zu essen, ist einfach toll. Insofern ist die Wohnung auch für schlechtes Wetter geeignet, es macht dann immer noch Spaß dort zu sein. Man kann in 20 min die Promenade entlang in die Innenstadt gekommen, wir sind aber lieber ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Und dann auch gleich zum Fischhändler ("Barba") beim Hafen, der hat eine riesige Auswahl. Die tägliche Baguette gibt es im Laden gleich unten beim Hauseingang. Wenn wir wieder Strandurlaub machen wollen, werden wir sicher wieder versuchen, bei Lucette zu buchen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Danke schön!

Vue mer

L'appartement est très bien situé avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. Conforme en tout point à l'annonce, très fonctionnel et agréable. La literie est à revoir car un peu vieillissante. Le parking est un vrai plus. Le séjour fut parfait, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons un jour à Valras-Plage. Propriétaire très disponible à chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin de rentrer en contact avec.

Ein schöner Erholungsurlaub!

Wir durften 14 Tage in dieser gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung unseren Aufenthalt in Valras-Plage genießen. Die Öffnung der Schiebefenster ließen dann am Esstisch den Blick auf das hinter der Straße beginnende Meer zu. Gleichzeitig hatte die Wahrnehmung der sich dort bewegenden Menschen einen guten Unterhaltungsfaktor. Man sah wiederkehrend dortige Nachbarn und andere Strandbesucher bzw. am Abend die Kasinobesucher. Neben unseren Strandtagen haben wir tägliche Spaziergänge über die Strandpromenade zur "Innenstadt" mit den Restaurants und Geschäften genossen und an den Marktagen die dortigen Angebote genutzt. Unmittelbar neben der Hofzufahrt gibt es ein Delikatessengeschäft wo auch täglich frische Baguettes und Croissants erhältlich sind. Hier möchten wir uns auch nochmals herzlich bei Herrn Meunier für den freundlichen Empfang und den netten Abend mit deutschsprechenden Nachbarn bedanken. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Danke!

Superbe location

La description et les photos de l'appartement sont très précises et tout à fait conformes à la réalité. La vue sur la mer du 2ème étage est fantastique. Il ne manque rien. La chambre se situe à l'arrière du bâtiment donc au calme. Tout est sécurisé. Le parking est un vrai plus. Nous n'étions que deux mais c'est l'idéal même s'il y a de quoi loger 4 personnes. Appartement à recommander.

Les photos sur le site sont exactes.Vue sur la mer,on traverse le passage piétons On est à la plage.Tres belle plage au pavillon bleu. Residence calme et sécurisée.location de vélos, Casino jeux d'argent, , très nombreux magasins sans Prendre de voiture. J'ai passé 10 jours très agréable.
