"We LOVED this place! Its everything you need in a place to stay in Door County. Large clean rooms, our son had his own room and views are amazing. Both pools super clean, and the chairs in the main lawn are perfect to watch the sunset and catch a tan. We will be coming back here! Worth every penny. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly! We enjoyed the updates and pool area. My only complaint is that the breakfast could have been better but it was complimentary so it’s not like you’re getting 5-star restaurant food. The location is convenient for all of the Door County activities, you’re not shoved into the chaos but still close enough to do things! "

"This place is in a great location in Fish Creek. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but on the second floor with no elevator making it a challenge for older people to get their suitcases up."

"Our stay in Chanticleer Guest House was amazing. It is everything you expect to spend a wonderful couple getaway. The decoration was outstanding, and the surroundings were simply gorgeous and calm. And the breakfast, delicious! Chanticleer is a true hidden treasure in Door County. We definitely will back! Telma y Emilio."

"Great staff who made it an easy check in. We got a room with a jacuzzi. There seemed to be wax spilt in the jacuzzi which wasn’t visible until we started filling it with hot water. We decided not to tell them right away because it wasn’t a big deal to us. We told them in the morning and they seemed apologetic. I believe if we told them earlier they would have tried to fix it. Amazing staff. I would recommend here if you are looking for a nice calm spot with a nice pool. "

"It was very comfortable and felt like staying at my grandma’s house. Their restaurant was also excellent. The only input I could give was the mattress was a little too firm for my husband and it would be nice to have bedside lighting and nightstands on both sides of the king bed. Delicious coffee and fresh home made bakery awaited us in the mornings. A lovely stay. Thanks!"

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. Great breakfasts, cookies, so clean. Close to everything. Had a issue with grid on bedroom patio door and it was taken care of right away. Well worth it. Highly recommend The Chanticleer Oak cabin!"
