"Very accessible location with friendly staff, but that's the only thing nice I could say about this place. Very run down, and not clean. The furniture was thrwad bare, the carpet looked at least 50 years old, poor patcing and maintenance, and the soap container was literally taped to the wall (which didn't hold). There was hair all over the tub (not mine), and when I wiped a water spill off the floor, the towel was black. It was quite gross. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything...

"Upon walking into the hotel room, we noticed the bathroom was not clean and when we checked the bedding, the sheets on both queen beds had stains. We were traveling with our son and his family including our 5 year old granddaughter and were not comfortable staying there.
We asked for a refund from the front desk and they refused. We left and stayed somewhere else. Neither Riverland Inn & Suites nor Expedia agreed to reimburse us. This was very disappointing. We do not recommend this hotel."

"The outdoor hot tub did not look clean and usable. May 15. The balcony is attached to several rooms, so you can enjoy your morning coffee and polite conversation with your neighbors while watching the folks practice at the driving range. Our room was near the end of the hallway (31), and while the hallway smelled of septic, it did not smell inside our room. There was no mini fridge."

Pool was closed mid May but that’s ok, had a decent view of Kamloops from the motel. Check-in was quick and easy, great staff. Would stay again."

"Perfect hotel for families. Pool is great, and the arcade is a treat. Loved the little general store for couple quick pops. embers the brewery had the most amazing food, and it was a plus that it’s apart of the hotel. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom is small but worked for our family. Front desk was super kind and we loved our stay. Thank you! "
