"The only reason we booked a room at this hotel is because it had a pool for the kids. Unfortunately, after getting everyone into swimsuits and ready to swim, we walked to the pool and found some mysterious stuff floating in the water, some of it looked like toilet paper. After checking at the front desk the clerk said, "Oh, yeah. I guess I should close it." By far, the worst part of our stay was the location. "The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. "We found this to be the most charming hotel and such nice and engaging staff. Our staff welcomed us graciously upon arrival (with fresh baked cookies). Our room was so clean and in great condition. The breakfast was a standard breakfast with a variety of choices. Truly I look forward to traveling to this part of the country again so we can stay here. Everything was charming and the staff so friendly and responsive.. "

Las toallas ya no eran blancas sino marron y llenos de mancha en este aspecto poca linpieza, compramos toallas y almoadas. Desayuno no era variado un poco de revoltillo, salchillas, bagels, waffle, cafe y jugo. Y si no llegas temprano se acabo. Para se un Confort inn esperaba mas, si esto es un reflejo de como son todos es una lastima. Del 1 ak 10 le doy un 1.5. Ah ya me...

"The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. "
