"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, excellently located, super friendly and helpful staff and the bed was comfy. No noise from the busy road the hotel is situated on which was a concern when arriving, but needn’t have been. Would definitely return!"

"I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times now, and it is my go to in San Francisco. The location is perfectly central, right next to the Chinatown gate and just between Union Square and the financial district. The immediate neighborhood has walkable conveniences ranging from neighborhood markets to coffee shops and lovely small restaurants - particularly several French cafes and bistros. All is always spotlessly clean, safe, and quiet, and prices are a good value for SF. I recommend...

"Wi-Fi was not working at all. Bed was too soft on the side. Pillows were not comfortable. Room is not soundproof. I can clearly hear other people coughing in the next room. Other than these, it was a pretty good hotel. Location is perfect. Room is clean and spacious."

"The room was very clean and had everything needed. The bed was a little soft for my taste. On-site parking in the upper small courtyard lot and basement were both tight squeezes but still appreciated. Overall it was a great location and I would stay again."

"Great location for all the best trips, Alcatraz, Golden Gate, Movie tour (a must) and Fisherman’s Wharf at a fair and reasonable price with lovely comfortable rooms and loved the free coffee in the morning. The free activities provided by the Hotel are great too and Deborah and Michael excelled with their enthusiasm for the area and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at."
