Dejligt hus i dejlige omgivelser

Villa Gilda er et dejligt hus med overdækkede terrasseområder, som gør det muligt, at opholde sig ude, uanset vejret. Huset er veludstyret og passende for vores familie på 10 personer. Veludstyret køkken, som gør det muligt, at tilberede de måltider, man ønsker. Poolen er ikke opvarmet, som der står i beskrivelsen, dette var en stor skuffelse. Villaen ligger i naturskønt område med gode mulighed for vandring.

Super villa

L'agencement de la maison convenait parfaitement à notre famille (7adultes ,4 enfants). Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée, située idéalement par rapport aux commerces et à la mer dans un quartier calme. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Rosetta qui s'est montrée très disponible tout en étant discrète.

Birthday Celebration

There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. There were restaurants, bars and beeches within easy travelling distance. The roads are a bit scary but the overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend it to future guests!

Haus war sauber, die Lage in Ordnung, die Hausverwalterin sehr nett

Leider ging das W Lan öfters nicht, der Strand an dem man wirklich baden kann ist etwas weiter weg als laut Beschreibung anzunehmen, im Bad war beim Spülkasten leider keine Abdeckung und insgesamt gab es ein paar kleinere Mängel Alles in allem war das Haus jedoch in Ordnung, die Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich

Very comfortable

We stayed in the house 3 families of friends. House is very comfortable, it has all required for a big company. A sand beach is in 10 minutes walk. The supermarket is in 5 min walk. Everything is very relaxing and convenient.

Une location dimensionnée à nos besoins

Très agréable villa permettant à chacun de trouver sa place, les extérieurs favorisant le regroupement ou l'isolement de chacun. Détails architecturaux intéressants en particuliers sur la cheminée et barbecue. Des massifs floraux fort agréables. La piscine est peu profonde mais bien dimensionnée, elle n'a pas été nettoyée durant notre séjour (seul point négatif) la présence charmante et efficace de Rosetta a été fort appréciée.

Tolle Location für drei Familien

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in der Villa Gilda sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig, verfügt innen und aussen über eine tolle Infrastruktur und die Sauberkeit war lobenswert. Betonen möchten wir insbesondere die Dienstleistungsorientierung der Gastgeberin (unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, jeden Tagn kurz vor Ort). Wir können diese Location grösseren Gruppen gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit vielen Mängeln

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus, leider ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und momentan streiten wir noch mit dem Vermieter über die Höhe der Entschädigung für einige erhebliche Mängel! Zehn Tage kein WLAN, der Pool wurde nach fünf Tagen das erste Mal wieder gereinigt (allerdings auch erst nachdem wir darum gebeten haben - Wasser schon trüb und Algen in den Ecken), von den Deckenventilatoren funktioniert einer (!!) und die Ersatzventilatoren sind sehr laut so dass man sie Nachts nicht nutzen kann, Spülmaschine bricht demnächst auseinander, das Schlafsofa im Poolhaus musste ersetzt werden und auch sonst stimmt leider nicht alles aus der Beschreibung mit der Wirklichkeit überein... Positiv ist das ausreichend Geschirr und Kühlschranke vorhanden sind sowie auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Eisdiele, Supermarkt und Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, würden das Haus aber nie wieder buchen!! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis steht leider in keiner Relation!

Jolie demeure pour grand groupe !

Maison jolie et agréable. Possibilité de fermer la piscine, sécurité enfant appréciée. Ventilateurs endommagés mais mise à disposition de nouveaux. Verres ébréchés, dangereux avec enfants, mais sinon vaisselle parfaite pour 12 personnes. Proximité du village et commerces. Plusieurs belles plages à visiter proche de la maison (voiture indispensable si l’on souhaite bouger).

Villa adaptée aux familles

La villa est magnifique vraiment bien adaptée aux familles ou groupes, l’agencement est très bien pensé, nous étions 11 personnes et la villa permet d’avoir chacun son petit espace personnel et son intimité, nous avons apprécié le village qui dispose d’une supérette à proximité, la piscine est séparée de la partie repas et c’est très bien, les enfants peuvent profiter pleinement et les parents aussi , Rosetta qui s’occupe de la villa est aux petits soins et joignable en cas de besoin , nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Fantastic Villa

Lovely Villa with nice outdoor terrace and pool, the pool is surrounded by four other house so you dont get complete privacy but the outdoor seating and dining area is comfortable and private, kitchen was fully equipped the garden house apartment was an added bonus, Internet was painfully slow and struggled to open basic web pages most of the time. Overall a very nice house to relax for the week in a stunning country. Many beaches within 10 minutes drive.

Sehr gepflegte Villa mit sehr gemütlichem Außenbereich

Die Villa ist top gepflegt und verfügt über einen Pool und ein windgeschützten und überdachten Außenbereich. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen und außerdem noch mehrere Liegen, Lounge Möbel und ein Grill. Vor allem der Außenbereich hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet, da es verschiedene Ecken gibt in die man sich zurückziehen kann gibt und außerdem einen Großen Tisch zum Spielen und Essen.

Fantastic week in a wonderful villa

We had such a great week. The villa was spacious and immaculately clean. It served out large family group really well. The outside space was perfect. The villa was very close to a supermarket, the beach, bars and restaurants. Rosetta who looks after the villa was wonderful and sorted any queries quickly. We had a great time, the flowers to mark my 60th Birthday were a really lovely touch. Thank you

Très confortable!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la villa Gilda. Nous étions 14, 7 adultes et 7 enfants, et la maison est parfaitement adaptée aux grands groupes. Très fonctionnelle, très agréable, avec plusieurs espaces / salons où chacun trouve sa place. Nous avons été sur place une semaine où il faisait très chaud et nous avons donc profiter pleinement de la piscine qui est très bien pour les enfants. Il y a de belles plages à proximité et tous les commerces dont on a besoin à maximum 5 minutes de voiture.h

Très bien

la villa est parfaitement bien pensée et agréable, trés bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine et de la literie et très propre. Elle est fonctionnelle aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. En plus Rosetta est très disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que soit. La villa est située près de la plage. Le petit plus est la maison annexe où peuvent séjourner un couple en tranquillité, ce qui était le cas pour nous puisque nos parents étaient là. Trés bonne adresse pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben mit 10 Personen das Haus im Oktober bewohnt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Verwalterin Rosetta ist sehr freundlich und hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Darüber hinaus hat sie für an einem Abend ein perfektes sardisches Menü zubereitet. Vielen Dank für Alles !

Traumhaftes Haus, wir waren begeistert.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es ist fast alles vorhanden was man braucht. (Eventuell könnte man eine Klima für das Turmzimmer installieren. Doch sehr warm in der Nacht.) Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn man etwas braucht kommt sofort jemand (Danke an Rosetta). Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Wichtig ist jedoch ein Auto zu haben um zu den schönen Plätzen dieser wunderbaren Insel zu kommen. ( Tipp: Costa Paradiso) Danke Luciano, danke Rosetta!)

Klein und ruhig, aber schön

Ruhiges Dörfchen mit zwei Restaurants, zwei Strandbars, einem Supermarkt und einer Apotheke. Geeignete für Ausflüge zur Erkundung des Nordens mit dem Auto bzw. für Reisende, welche abschalten wollen. Villa insgesamt schön und kürzlich renoviert.

Beautiful villa, perfect for large family's.

The Villa is lovely, one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It's well thought out with plenty of outdoor space. We stayed as a group of 8 adults ( different generations) and there was plenty of room. It was quite overlooked but we went just before the season started and it was lovely. The local beach is ok but nicer ones are around. There is a lovely beach bar in walking distance and a supurb restaurant at the beach. The supermarket was well stocked and reasonable. The location is great we accessed both Algehro and Pelosa and St Teresa's and Olbia easily, all were beautiful, you will need to access a hire car or you would be pretty isolated. One of the best things about the Villa was Rosetta - she is a real asset and is very very helpful. A brilliant villa - we all fell in love with Sardinia and will be back.
