"The hotel was beautiful. Almost everyone was helpful and kind.
The remote in our room did not work, when we talked to the person at the desk she said we could change the batteries ourselves..?? The next day we talked to another desk clerk and she reached under to counter and gave us another remote.
There seems to be a problem with our bill, we stayed 2 nights and ate breakfast 2 mornings. We were billed for 3 breakfasts, with tax for 3 and only one of my 2 tips showing. I have an $86 charge on...

"This hotel is a 2 star at best - maybe even a 1.
It served its purpose - we were in town for a concert - all hotels downtown were sold out - we were only in the room for maybe 7 hours.
This Ramada is VERY run down - its need some attention for sure.
Both times we checked in and checked out there was no body at the desk to assist - we just had to wait when checking in - checking out just left the keys and we just walked out.
There was mold in the shower.
If you are just crashing for a few...

"We were picked up at airport by a free shuttle and was truly thankful for a clean room...we were assisted in finding a restaurant and was offered a free shuttle to and from the restaurant. The following day, we were heading to cruise ship and the hotel offered a shuttle service to pier ( $20.00 ) loved the location and how helpful the staff were"

"We love this property - It is not fancy - but it is clean and well maintained.
During the recent 2 night stay, we did not find the staff as conscientious as usual. There was never any coffee in the lobby as in the past, besides druing breakfast. Even during breakfast, they did not make sure there was coffee made.
On Friday, of our stay the front desk staff was asleep. He did get me some decaf coffee packets for the coffee maker in the room later and was accomadating and pleasent.
The room...
