"We will absolutely be returning within the next few months. Never experienced the customer service tht we recieved. Kimorah-lin in guest relations is an absolute Gem to this Ritz-Carlton. "It was conveniently located right by the airport, yet tucked away and gave that private feel. Not crowded at all this time of year. This side of town seemed pretty safe to us as compared to other parts we visited while in St Thomas. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. It is not a big chain luxurious resort but has that beach vibe that we were looking for. The grounds and the views are beautiful. "My husband and I just spent our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! We had such an amazing experience and the staff was so incredible and truly made it such a wonderful honeymoon for us! They greeted us with champagne and fresh fruit in our gorgeous villa on day one to congratulate us and we felt so taken care of the whole time!! Huge shout out to Adolfo the new Director of Recreation for being so friendly and great and De'Kyle went above and beyond for us! We love Buoy Haus! - Ally +...

"This was my 3rd time staying here - although the other 2 were over 25 years ago - but the place is still amazing. Wonderfull room that is the perfect size and an amazing balcony with an even more amazing view. The pools were Wonderful to swim in at night and were always kept very clean. All of the staff is very friendly and attentive. When I come back again I will definitely be staying here again."

"We had the most absolute wonderful time at Olgas. The owners were very pleasant and helpful with reccomendations. My only suggestion is adding a microwave to rooms or even to coffee and dining room. We could never finish our food and had to throw it out. Other than that the VIEWS 😲 the staff... superb. Oceana was a wonderful place to dine next door and both places forever in our fondest memories bc the trip of a lifetime resulted in our engagement as well! Thanks again from two boring Kansans. ...
