"Amazing place, very spacious, perfect for a group of friends or family. The area had shops and restaurants around everything was easily accessible. Had an amazing time only stayed one night but it was perfect."

"Clean, modernly updated, comfortable rental, very conveniently located to the arena. Appreciated the assortment of teas and welcoming communication with the host. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area of Philly. We worried ahead of time about parking, but did not have issues finding street parking, even with snow piles. Thank you!"

"I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. Despite it being in town it was very quiet and easily accessible. Parking is on the street and not the alleyway but we were able to find parking easily. I will...

"Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"
