"This is self checkin which requires you to upload you passport and credit card details to a website and pay a deposit. I was a little unsure of this. It’s not ideal in today’s security issues world 😒. Then you get a code to enter. It didn’t come through initially so, I called them a number of times to be put on hold then hung up on . I finally the got a call centre which sent me the instructions 2 hours before check in. The venue itself is lovely and the location and outlook are lovely. So...

"The filters in the AC were totally encrusted in thick dust. My partner took them out so I could wash and dry them and put them back in. This is something that really needs to be addressed and regularly. Apart from that everything else was great. "

"This was one of the quietest venues I’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t hear anyone else all afternoon or night! The staff were lovely and we got a free drink each. Shops over the way, was easy to get gluten free food too. Will stay again. "
