"Upon arrival it was a bit unclear where to go for check in. Room on the third floor without an elevator was a bit of a trek. Bed was like a board and quite uncomfortable. Very nice complementary mocktails were crafted in lieu of the complimentary glass of bubbles. Neighboring guests were noisy. Transportation back from town concluded at 9pm on a Thursday night, so we had to drive our own car. Coffee in the morning was delicious. Overall, it was nice, but for the cost we would likely not return...

"Great location. Healdsburg is a bit overpriced . Service is always fantastic . A bit disappointed no complimentary breakfast and was not upgraded or at least a better view . (Overlooked gas station)."

"Review for Highlands Resort – Adults Only I had a lovely and relaxing stay at Highlands Resort. The setting is peaceful, the grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I was never able to connect from the cabin I was assigned, even after reporting the problem and being told the router had been reset.
