"The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

"We stayed in this VRBO unit for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The rental was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The unit was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows, however, could use an update as they were not as comfortable as the beds themselves.The kitchen was functional but lacked basic items such as kitchen towels and dishcloths for cleaning. We also experienced issues with the dryer...

"Had a lot of issues getting in. The electronic door lock didn’t work properly. The property manager had to have me rig it, then use his. Half the time his code worked and 1/2 mine did. The main complaint was it had a lot of gnats and wasn’t very clean. I’d give a lower rating, but the PM was responsive."

"This was a perfect cabin for us. It was clean, it had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable....it was just perfect! I love the quietness too! The scenery was great! We loved it!!! We hope to rent again when our grand daughter graduates high school in May. Thank you for everything! Oh and we left the Christmas Tree lights on."
