A full bathroom with shower and vidé and another complete with shower, both new. First line views of the sea throughout the apartment. THE ORIENTATION of each facade by having three, is: NORTH_WITH LARGE TERRACE, THIS WITH LONG AND SOUTH TERRACE VENTANALES LITERATURE ROOM AND KITCHEN NEW OF 2014; ALL WITH VIEWS OF THE SEA IN THE FIRST LINE, There is a bus service at the door of the buildings, the city of Valencia and the nearest towns, in summer with a frequency every half hour from 7 in the morning to 9 At night and in low season the frequency of passage is every hour the proximity to the city makes that in 20 min can be reached by a tourist road where 6 km are free motorway. In March it is very close to the festivities of the city 'Las Fallas', and at Easter you can spend some good days of rest. Contact: La propriétaire nous a contacté dans l'heure ayant suivi la réservation. Puis elle s'est montrée disponible durant tout le séjour et à toute heure. Sur la situation: La residence est très bien entretenue, avec un parking sécurisé. Un supermarché se trouve à 5 min en voiture. Nous avons voyagé hors saison, il a donc été très facile pour nous de se rendre chaque jour à ValenceConfort: L'appartement dispose des équipements incontournables, cafetière, micro-onde, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, climatisation, séchoir...Un coup de propre de notre part a été fait à certains endroits, sinon les lits étaient prêts,les serviettes de toilette et plage étaient fournies.

The hostess had great communication, was responsive and offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely location and I’m sure the area would be much more lively during the summer, we went off-season and it was quite cold but still a beautiful view! Easy to take the bus into Valencia as well.

The location is what can't be beat. You are definitely right on the beach, only steps away from the beautiful stretch of sand and sea. The town has a few restaurants and a grocery store, which the busses run to. The bus stop is very close so that is convenient. Our host was a great communicator and the home had everything one would need. The stove was a little tricky to figure out as the labels are worn away, but the host was helpful and we ended up doing ok. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would love to visit again!

Aussicht ist ein Traum. Wir haben wunderschöne Zeit verbracht, es ist keine Luxus Wohnung,es ist alles was man braucht um sich zu Erholen und das Meer zu genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants alles da, mit Auto ist bequem aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch möglich! Die Vermieterin eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Frau, keine Probleme gehabt! Ich habe sehr genossen meine Urlaub und kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!!!!👍 Alles genau so wie auf dem Fotos!

Hemos pasado una semana en familia y lo verdaderamente positivo ha sido la terraza, y la situación a pie de playa. Pero el piso estaba sucio y mal mantenido. La cocina llena de grasa, las sábanas viejas y con manchas, los muebles muy deteriorados, algún armario que no se podía usar por estar atestado de trastos. Enchufes tapados con celofán para que no se usasen, la lavadora daba calambre... Si hubiese alguna opción, acompañaríamos esta opinión con fotos.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Orte empfohlen. Die Wohnung war groß genug für unsere Gruppe von neun Personen, und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man muss sie einfach selbst sehen, um zu verstehen, wie schön sie ist. Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Emplacement parfait, hôte très agréable. En revanche un gros effort à faire sur la propreté du logement qui n'est pas au rendez vous sauf pour la literie et serviettes qui étaient propres.

Unbeatable location. The sunsets are amazing! The beach in front of the property is serene and steps from your door. Loved the convenient parking and the well-equipped kitchen. So nice to have two bathrooms. The mattresses were excellent and there was plenty of space on the outside decks. The surrounding area is culturally significant and gorgeous. The birthplace of Paella is minutes away. Owner, Rosana, was delightful. Super helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. Very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay and will be back one day!!

Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich sehr gut, erste Reihe, direkt am Meer. ABER Die Wohnung selbst ist im Stil der achtziger Jahre eher bescheiden eingerichtet. Leider riecht es in allen Zimmern nach Schimmel und ich fürchte, der ist auch überall. Die Klimaanlage wahnsinnig alt und sehr laut, direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Nicht auszuhalten.

Rosana fue un encanto y se portó de maravilla con nosotros. Todo es como se ve en las fotos y estuvimos muy muy agusto. Es poder ver desde la terraza la playa y estar a escasos metros de la arena es un lujo. Es perfecto para ir en grupo de amigos o para ir con la familia y niños. 100% recomendable.
