AMENITIES AND SERVICES
It has four very spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds, two with double beds, and one with four single beds. Decorated following the latest design trends to create unique and welcoming environments, combining antiques and avant-garde pieces. With two full bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a balcony with two chairs and a table, this apartment can provide quality service to its guests.
Equipped with full Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating in all rooms. It also offers optional parking (direct payment to the owner for this service outside the platform) for a medium-sized car at a price of 15 euros/day. A smart TV, a washing machine, and a full kitchen with all small and large appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and milk capsules are available to guests.

WE LOVE KIDS
With the little ones in mind, we have a highchair, crib, and a toy chest so they can also enjoy their stay.

SPORTS
If you like sports, we are located in a privileged setting where almost all of them can practice. It faces a large garden that surrounds the city and allows for countless excursions, whether on foot, running, or by bike. There is a bike rental service and daily guided tours are organized from the apartment building. Swimming, a gym, a climbing wall, and a sauna are available in the sports complex, just a three-minute walk away.

SURROUNDINGS
It's easy to enjoy the best tapas restaurant in the city just 60 meters away. A shopping area with a cinema, a playground, and restaurants is 200 meters away. A very dynamic and vibrant neighborhood with laundry services, supermarkets, banks, and car and motorcycle rentals.

LOCATION AND CONNECTIONS
We are located very close to the city center, just 8 minutes from the old town, the botanical garden, many museums, and the ancient Quart towers, and a 15-minute walk from the city center. We also have the advantage of being easily connected to all the main tourist destinations, as in just 2 minutes we can reach the bus and metro stops that will take us to the airport, all the beaches and port of the city, the city centre, the Silk Exchange, the old Central Market, the Cathedral, the Arab baths, the bullring, the old North Station, palaces, the Albufera Lake Natural Park, the Biopark Zoo, the City of Arts and Sciences, the largest oceanographic park in Europe, etc.

Lots of room for three couples. Kitchen was well appointed. Close to old town, buses and metro. Check in was smooth with host showing us around the apartment and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Het Appartement bood precies wat we nodig hadden met daarnaast extra’s. Hartelijke ontvangst en Juan is een goede gastheer. zet ontbrak niets in het huisje. Echt een aanrader. Fijn dat er 3 sets sleutels waren. Handdoeken voor iedereen. Koffie,wasmiddel en vaatwastabletten aanwezig. We zijn echt niets tekort gekomen.

Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend this place and if we have a big group coming back to Valencia, we will try to book with Juan again.

We had a lovely stay in Valencia for my birthday with a group of friends, my husband, and my sister. There was plenty of room for our group. The location is great, and Juan was very helpful and accomodating. I couldn't reccommend this place enough!

We loved the apartment. Very spacious and suited for two families. Nicely decorated and fully equipped with all that is needed. Location is excellent, close to the old town, lots of great restaurants and bars, and last but not least, El Corte Ingles for good shopping. Juan is a great host, waited for us, provided information and was very attentive. We had a nice welcome package with mini muffins, water, milk and coffee (very well received after a long day of driving). Thank you Juan!

Six of us, 4 adults and two teenagers, fit easily into this spacious well-furnished and excellently located apartment. Could benefit from new sofas or better sofa covers, but furniture generally fine. The host, Juan, is super helpful, amiable and easy to contact with questions and requests for assistance. The Pechina (Petxina) location is outstanding, overlooking the wonderful Valencia greenway park (excellent for walking, bicycling, exercising, relaxing) and in near proximity to eateries, stores, transportation and the city center. Valencia is a vibrant, easily manageable city with good access to beaches and outstanding cultural amenities. Garage parking availability a major plus. Overall, a great facility in a strategic relatively quiet and non-touristy location with good elevator access.

The apartment was large with 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and a vast lounge / dining room / kitchen with a small terrace at one end. Juan welcomed us on arrival and talked through how to get to key places in Valencia and recommended a few good restaurants. He was always available if we needed him.

Die Wohnung war genau wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Tolle Lage um Valencia zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt!! Wir waren mit 8 Personen. Aber auch mit 10 wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Wer in Valencia eine Wohnung für eine große Gruppe sucht, kommt an dieser nicht vorbei.

Keurig appartement en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Fiets verhuur op begane grond en van daaruit alles per fiets verkennen. Rustig gelegen. Eigenaar denkt aan alles qua eerste voorzieningen.

Hier stimmt alles. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und gut. Einzig vermisst haben wir Küchenhandtücher. Die Lage ist hervorragend geeignet für eine Städtetour. Der Vermieter Juan ist sehr hilfsbereit.
