"Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive."

"An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience."

"The Hotel was suited very close to the airport, yet had excellent soundproofing so we didn't hear any aircraft..the staff were very friendly and helpful too..the room had a wonderful modern bathroom and an excellent shower and there were plenty of cable channels and in English too...the air conditioning was great to have as well...kindly as we vacated before breakfast time they gave us a snack to take away..... perhaps a central light in the room would be useful, but overall it was a wonderful...

"Decepcionante: No merece la pena pagar por el “upgrade” de vistas y falta de orientación al cliente El hotel ofrece la opción de pagar un extra por una habitación en una planta alta con “vistas”, pero esto es engañoso. La diferencia de precio no está justificada, ya que las vistas no son realmente destacables. Recomiendo reservar una habitación estándar y ahorrar ese coste adicional. "The hotel check in was exemplary. The young fellow who works the night shift (we checked in at 7pm) went out of his way showing us maps and giving restaurant recommendations. He explained the local food, how to order and the differences. We had an issue with the safe and he fixed it straight away. If they could clone him, I would only book in these hotels. He made the trip better. Thank you."

"Hotel was excellent. Accommodation and Service could not be faulted. Although initially you get the vibe it’s an oasis in a dingy part of town, entering from a typical Porto City Street, we had no trouble whatsoever and the hotel was central to all that we wanted to do.
