Perfect Location in Vail with Creek and Ski Slope Views

  • A beautiful, large, modern, 1 bedroom – 1 bath Condo. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. Perfect for 2 people or a single traveler. The bedroom has a large luxury king sized bed upgraded with soft cotton sheets and flat screen HD TV. The living room has an automatic gas fireplace, Flat screen smart HD TV and a comfortable sofa. Perfect place for relaxing in front of the fire. Also included is free premium cable, blue ray DVD player, a speaker docking station and high-speed Wi-Fi. The sit out deck has a gas grill and patio set for two.

    This is a corner unit with its own non-shared private walk-up. Three sides of windows make it open, bright and airy. It overlooks Sandstone Creek and, in the winter/summer you get lovely views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. The creek also gives the condo soothing, bubbling water sounds year-round. It’s one of the many features our guest enjoy!

    Convenient location with the free Vail shuttle right up the steps from the complex. 4 minutes to the Lionshead pedestrian bridge and 7 minutes to Vail Village. 1 free designated parking spot. Coin operated laundry located in the complex. Other amenities, Ninja coffee bar machine, crock pot, rice cooker, bullet blender, electric kettle, dishwasher, ice maker, all new dishes and glassware, microwave, toaster, cookware, and all the utensils you would need.

    The condo is stocked with the basics so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay and not run to the store.

We had a wonderful weekend in Vail. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and it was extremely easy to get back and forth to town. The creek outside of the building made for the most peaceful setting. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the stream.

Great Place in Vail

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was great! The property was clean and so close to town we took the shuttle each day and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Dina was quick with response about the parking.

The creek was like a river this time of year and it was beautiful and amazing. Our host was great to work with. The condo was well stocked. You aren’t right in the busy area giving for a peaceful experience. We will stay here again.

Fantastic, comfortable condo and great location

We loved this condo! Location was fantastic, and everything was super comfortable. You could tell this was a home the owners value- so many nice touches, from a really comfortable bed to top of the line appliances, a lovely fireplace, and great amenities throughout. Our host was super responsive and kind- would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment

This is a very spacious and attractive apartment across the main road through Vail. The bed in the main room is very comfortable. It is easy to get to the ski runs on the free bus and a good option for those skiing from Vail Village or Lionshead.

We were happy with the value and location this property offered in Vail. Unit was clean and well equipped. The shower drains very slow and there are limited towels for an extended stay (more than 4 days) but everything else was excellent!

Convenient and Clean

This condo had everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We had a car rental and so this was not a big problem for us but the bus service to the Village was not an easy walk or convenient to get to from this property.

Cozy condo with everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay here. We ended up driving to the lifts each day but, it wasn’t far at all. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the channel in the bedroom but didn’t bother calling.

Fantastic!

Perfect little condo for my wife and I for a week of skiing at Vail. Up to date. Balcony overlooking the creek was delightful. Gas fireplace was great. Used the propane grill multiple times. Do your best to pack enough clothing as the laundry room is in another building across the parking lot, but it’s only a dollar a load to wash. Free Vail bus to Vail Village and Gondola One was great (“Vail View” is the closest stop….take the stairs on the north side of the parking lot up to Vail View Drive). Dina, our hostess, was SUPER FAST on her responses and very helpful.

Close to Vail

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The place is impeccably clean. We had everything we needed. It's really a home away from home. It is very close to Vail Ski resort, less than 5-7 minutes by car. We also tried the public transportation which took us about 5-7 minutes to the bus stop and another 10-12 minutes to Vail. Locals really encourage you to take the public transportation which is super convenient. Just leave your boot bags and skis at the resort so you don't need to bring them back and forth. The walk to the Vail Village gets challenging when you're carrying heavy equipment. Dina was an excellent host, She responded right away when I had questions. She was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place! Thanks for our wonderful stay!

The unit was clean, easy to find, and well located near Vail Village. We stayed 10 nights.The host suggests bringing slippers and robes, which makes sense because there is no central heating throughout the unit. Heat is only in the bedroom and bathroom, and even there it barely worked. The living room, kitchen, and dining area rely entirely on the fireplace for warmth. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work for the first three days of our stay and was unreliable afterward, often shutting off and requiring 20–30 minutes to start.The host initially offered a two-day reimbursement on day two of no heat. However, the heating issues continued for most of our 10-night stay, and no additional compensation was offered despite the ongoing inconvenience. After checkout, I had to follow up multiple times, and the host tried to reduce the reimbursement to one day before finally honoring the original two days. The refund did not include taxes or fees and was processed two weeks after our stay.The sofa is very worn and uncomfortable for relaxing, the cooking pans are old and worn Teflon (I purchased my own to cook), the bathtub was clogged, and checkout instructions are extensive with warnings of extra charges if cleaning takes longer.The location is convenient. The unit looks better in photos than in person. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but due to the heating issues, I would not return.

Vail Condo on a creek

Everything about this property and rental process was as expected. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. Contacting the owner was easy and she responded quickly. There is a nice deck with a gas grill overlooking a rushing stream. The kitchen has everything you need. We were able to walk to a trailhead for a hike. Neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten track. Grocery store is close by. You do need to drive to get to Vail Center or Lions head Village but both are very close. Overall, a great place to stay!

The location and set up was excellent. The unit was a little darker than it appeared in the bright photo. We love natural light!! The chairs on the deck were a bit uncomfortable. We actually bought lawn chairs to sit in. The liquor cabinet mentioned in the introduction paperwork remained a mystery. Perhaps that info needs to be removed. We found the coffee maker a bit tricky to use perhaps some instructions would be helpful. We also had to remove hair to clear the bathtub drain with a fork when we first got there. Overall we were happy just thought we would share a few thoughts.
