"Adult couple visited from UK. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful B&B in a nice safe part of town. 5-10mins walk to restaurants and bars. The place itself is quirky, but very clean. The rooms are big. The owner Bryan is a really nice chap and very friendly. The breakfast was superv and just enough. 100% staying here again. "

"The property had no hot breakfast meal as advertised since the entire kitchen and diniing area was under renovation. Instead, they provided a paper bag with one apple, one small pastry and one honey peanut bar. Possiby the price for the room was a bit lower than if the property's renovation had been completed? All in all, it was a nice and satisfactory room and property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location including parking seemed very secure."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The location, facilities and rooms were great. The entire staff, from front desk to valets and bartenders, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location right downtown near the State Capitol is perfect, with plenty of reasonable parking options, restaurants, and entertainment venues. We were in town for the Sting 3.0 concert at the Moody outdoor ampitheater. Just wonderful. "

"We loved our stay at Aloft downtown Austin. Staff (Margarett at front desk) was amazing. She helped us get an amazing room 30th floor with view and made a list of attractions for us to see. She was delightful. Everything was in close proximity. paddle boarding, shops, restaurants and downstairs breakfast at the bakery and restaurant Caroline. table available for work and microwave and coffee available through conjoined hotel. I would def stay here again. Only downside was the pricey valet...

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...
