"Super nice staff. Apartment room was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room. Hotel restaurants had very good food. One had authentic Saudi cuisine by a Saudi born and raised chef. Location is in the diplomatic quarter which is ideal, safe and more walkable compared to being downtown. Perfect if you are active in the area. "

"I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait, and that the hotel was full. They then drove me to another hotel, the Hotel Myan, which was of a lesser quality, but I had to accept as I was on a conference and all other hotels were sold out. Bad and unreliable / unacceptable service from Ross Hotel & from Expedia!!"

"I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3..
The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room.
The breakfast was with very limited choices. "

"Das Zimmer war einfach fantastisch; ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Und wer etwas Hightech mag kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Von den elektrisch öffnenden Vorhängen bis zur Steuerung der Lampen und Leuchten wird alles über Softtouch Panels gesteuert.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich reichhaltig und der Service einfach klasse. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt im Narcissus The Royal in Riad."

"Avoid this hotel.
The rooms are old-fashioned, poorly maintained, and have a constant and overwhelming stale cigarette odor that doesn’t go away. Fixtures are worn, cleanliness is inconsistent, and the overall condition feels neglected rather than “premium” as advertised.
This is not a minor inconvenience — it directly affects your comfort and basic hygiene during your stay. For the price being charged, the standard is completely unacceptable and does not match what is being promised.
