"This is quite a busy hotel and it looks like many of their customers are people who are visiting Uzbekistan for business. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food. We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service. The hotel lobby is beautiful. We are happy with our room, which we find to modern and tastefully renovated....

"The hotel is very good. It's not in the downtown, but price/quality are unbeatable. Good and various breakfasts, the gym and a pool made my stay there very comfortable. I stayed there for 2 weeks! Highly recommended. (The only thing i would advise changing is the work hours of the gym and the temperature there (26-26C is the t f for a stroke, not for a work out:-) )"

"Staff service was truly exceptional including our 1AM checkout! Anne the front desk clerk offered exceptional customer service!! Two block beautiful walk from the US Embassy. If I could recommend only one thing: put a top flat sheet on the bed. It currently came with a top comforter so you are warm with it but cool without. "

"El peor servicio que he recibido en más de 15 años viajando por trabajo. Dos veces me despertaron a media noche, una para consultar si había extendido mi estadía y la otra la persona de limpieza. La habitación estaba sumamente caliente y el aire condicionado no funcionaba, con lo que dormí muy mal esa noche. La respuesta de la recepción era que aún no habían cambiado el sistema de ventilación a a/c y que no podían hacer nada. Durante el desayuno pedí un omelette, que lo extraviaron, y aun...

Breakfast to order, you can have it at the restaurant downstairs or they can bring it to your room.
