The hotel is clean and staff are pleasant, but there simply aren’t enough amenities to properly service guests.Breakfast must be booked in advance because apparently there isn’t enough food kept on site for guests who decide that morning. "The lighting in the room was awful and there was no dressing table to dry your hair and do your make up. There was no air con so we had to have the fan on all night and the shower was blocked which flooded the bathroom."

"Clean. Great communication from the host. Did have bunk beds in one of the twin rooms which weren't advertised but not an issue. All in all a great place to stay the night before a day at alton towers with friends."
