Looking for a pleasant family friendly home for a much needed getaway? Located in the heart of Utica, this 2 story home is the perfect fit for you! It comfortably accommodates 4 people. With only a couple miles away from downtown you don’t have to go very far. There is plenty to do including visiting the Utica zoo close by. Days can include exploring different coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, even enjoying a night at the Stanley theatre. Oh and lets not forget about trying the famous New York style pizza! It is an ideal base to explore the city. This furnished home should have all essentials for you to enjoy your length of stay. The best part is upstairs where you will find the spacious master bedroom with its king size bed and its high ceiling -that will not disappoint. This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again.

Very Nice Updated Home

This house was exactly as pictured. It has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Check-in/out directions were clear, easy and not overly complicated. It was also very close to the downtown area, which was perfect for us.

We just wanted to say thank you so much Veronika! This property was exactly as described. Extremely clean, and completely furnished down to bath towels, shampoos and conditioner, body wash men and womens, and all cleaning supplies. We highly recommend this property if you are in the Utica area!

Beautiful property that was near everything we needed. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive to questions asked and about an issue that arose. It also had a crib available to use, so one less thing that we needed to pack. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Home

We stayed here for about 3 weeks due to a family emergency in the area. It was a perfect home for us - clean, bright, open, comfortable, and all upgraded. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our meal preparations, and the washer and dryer worked really well. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home.

Great place in Utica

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen is quite large compared to other similarly priced properties in the area. The owner was responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There was one inaccuracy on the listing. It stated that the bed in the second bedroom is a twin, but it is actually a full sized bed. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend this home. The stairway is steep and the floor is slightly uneven which is typical for homes this age. However for our family this was not an issue. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.
