"This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!"

"Overall clean and in good condition, however the sliding door for room 6 appeared not to be able to be locked and the chain was easily slid out. I didnt feel confident leaving valuable items in the room. Everything else was fine"

"While the room was tidy, it was unfortunately very hot and had a noticeable odour. The front desk staff member was helpful and arranged a room change, which offered some improvement, however the room was still quite warm and the security lock was missing. Although I had two nights booked, I checked out after around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the unused nights."

"Shared bathrooms were very clean and tidy! It didn’t even feel like a shared it felt like your own bathroom! Rooms were also very clean and comfortable! There are sinks, Ac and tv in the rooms and they all work! "

"The location is good, reception greetings for checking inare professional, the Parking lot space is good. However! The room is full of, thousands of grants! Celling corner! bathroom! Everywhere! I bring my 2months baby cannot stay here how you can imagine? Terrible experience at night! Nightmare for baby! for family! Never recommend it and terrible cleaness! Besides, the shower is leaking! Grants clamb from the plumbing hole! very terrible!"

"We always stay here when having short trips to Canberra to visit family. The breakfast is really nice and we have no issues. It’s not a 5 star place but it’s clean, safe, has free parking and you can’t beat it for the price!"
