"We had a fun time staying at this house. We visited downtown Des Moines and had a great time at Adventureland. The only suggestion would be to have some dish towels in the kitchen. The arcade games, ping pong table and skee-ball were popular with the kids. "

"We very much enjoyed this property and would be willing to book there again in the future. The home was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Little things that would have made a difference: The clock over the doorway in the kitchen needed new batteries, so we could not count on it for telling time. There were only 3 large glasses in the cabinet, so we had to use cups as juice glasses. And because the guests were there for the Senior National Games, it would have been nice to have had...

"Great venue for our senior volleyball team. Very clean and Benj was very responsive to our couple of requests. "

"This house is five star, Beautiful inside and out!!! The lake behind the house is so beautiful and my grandson enjoyed the geese in the yard waking up in the mornings. We would definitely stay at this place again. Now on to the host. She was very attentive. She was an ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR!!! Abby thanks for EVERYTHING and making our stay seamless. "

"Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience "

"Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!"

"We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)"
