The staff was exceptional, gracefully taking care of customers who were displaced from an Embassy Suite hotel due to a/c power outage and simultaneously checking in their own customers expeditiously. "Rooms and bathroom of most rooms need to be renovated. Very out dated, was forced to pay for parking when I didn’t use parking pass. Overall the stay was ok."

"Property was clean and well maintained. We had a suite, expecting to be able to relax and enjoy the room. But there were no china or silverware whatsoever. I asked the front desk and was told they would send some. It never happened. We finally got some paper cups and plastic spoons from the maid, but had to neg to get more than one each. Ridiculously tight and not what you would expect when paying for a suite."

Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

"Great location: 3 minute walk to the Norstrom Store of the Galleria, and walking distances to restaurants, bars and stores. The property is well maintained, plenty of parking. Hot breakfast and good quality coffee (so you don't have to go look for Starbucks). Staff are friendly and very attentive. Facility is well maintained. The laundry room (The Soap) is very clean, better than some of the homes. Plus the reasonable price, this is a great hotel to stay for a short shopping trip."
