"This little place was exactly as advertised. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! Overall a very nice piece of property and great place to call home while visiting sites in...

"For anyone wanting a get away from the chaos of society, this house has what your looking for. This fully furnished house has the utensil and everyday needs to make getting away simple all you need is your suitcase!. The house has amazing wood work throughout the house giving you that cabin on the lake vibe, nestled along the lake. My family and i absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away! "

"It was really a great place, although the cleaner I believe it was, left soda on the table and the closet door open with keys in the lock and a pile bedding on one of the beds, just fyi. But very nice place! There is a dip in the driveway that is a bit hard on the car. But thanks for the nice place."

"It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out!It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the mammoth cave area. It’s a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view of Nolin lake. The owner was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and enjoyed the hot tub despite all the rain given that is protected by the upper level deck. The kids were sad to leave, but got one more chance to enjoy the drive out of cub run. Thank you! "

"Beautiful house. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ping pong table and pool table provided lots of entertainment so we didn’t even mind it was raining most of our stay. We will definitely stay again!"

"House is just as described and is newly built and a great space for three or fewer people. This property is very remote and close to a boat ramp. Unfortunately for us, Kentucky has experienced a lot more rain than normal, and it affected our stay and plans. The river ferry was not running during our stay due to high water levels. We still got to see Mammoth Cave, but with the ferry being down, you are looking at least a 50-minute drive."

"The description of the property online only gave a glimpse of how wonderful this place is. The owner had multiple trails cut through the acreage. My wife and I hiked the area to a beautiful waterfall. The loft we stayed in had more than enough amenities, including a medic bag. The area is situated around an Amish community. The area was quite peaceful and we would highly recommend this place."

"If you look for nice, rustic property where your kids can run free and explore the nature this one is for you. Morning coffee on the back deck and deers passing by was big plus. "

"A lovely home right by the lake. Plenty of nearby trails to hike, and the water was right there. Lovely views. The home is extremely pet friendly with signs everywhere saying they welcome owners with pets. I left money on the table for the cleaning crew, and the owner reminded me that I had already paid that in my regular payment and they refunded the money."

"My husband and I stayed a few days with our teens and dog. The property is beautiful! We all enjoyed hiking over the 75 acres. The self made map was so helpful. Our tween daughter was our navigator on our hike and managed the map easily. Our dog loved the freedom of exploring with us. We did manage to make it to Mammoth Cave and it was a fun trip. Spent the rest of our short trip grilling and playing games. Definitely recommend! "

"House was very nice and beautiful. Downstairs bedroom could use a new mattress otherwise everything was very nice and clean. Daughter enjoyed the loft bedroom. ."

"It’s nice and tucked back in some beautiful trees. The place was clean and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. The only drawback is as a very firm master suite mattress, but some folks love that! The communication with the hosts was fantastic and they did a pretty good job of leaving instructions for things. I’d stay here again. "
