"Our family got to the hotel about 1AM and when we checked in, it was fast and easy. We got to the room and it was really hot. The heat/air unit was off, so I switched on the AC. The heat began to blow out. It went from 70 to 74 in 10 mins. With an infant, we decided to request a new room but they were full. The manager on duty was able to get us into a smaller room with a cot for the night. The next morning they were able to move us into a bigger room but it was minus a bed. ReRe the house...
