"Beds were not as comfortable as used to in a hotel. Second day we had no service to our room. Did not get to room until quite late (Saturday evening when rates are the highest) and was shocked towels etc were not replaced - very disappointing If they were truly short staffed how long would it have taken them to enter rooms to at least give us clean towels!!??? Breakfast was good. Coffee great."

"Staff was great, proximity to the golf course was awesome. Unfortunately there were roaches in the room"

"Great stay nice clean room"

"Room was clean and well appointed. Always a great stay!"

"The staff and breakfast was really nice"

"The staff was professional, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located near downtown Greenville, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback was the scent in the lobby, which was a little strong for my taste. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Good"

"Very clean and all were very helpful and professional. Especially Ms Chantella."

"Very good"

"Our room was in need of a major renovation. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been moved, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and gross, there was a stain on the carpet by the bed, a nasty stain on the mattress where the bottom flat sheet came off. Walls were paper thin and we heard folks walking around in the room above us. When we arrived, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot behind the building. Not a great part of town. Front desk folks were cordial...

"Everything is OK"

"Muy buena"

"Excellent servoces"

"The only challenge was driveway access was limited to one direction. Opposite side of Woodruff Drive required a u turn or turn into a side street to get to the side that had access to HI."

"Great service and staff. Wonderful location and very clean."
