"Our stay was wonderful- the apartment was just what we needed for a family of 6. Needed the extra space! Location just a few blocks from the subway was perfect. When we reached out, the owner was gr wast and responded within seconds. Highly recommend!"

"Neighborhood was quiet at night. Subway was only a few blocks away. Parking garage was around the corner. We enjoyed our stay."

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."

"It was an amazing experience staying at this property. It was very well managed, clean, quiet and spacious unit. Did not face any issues or surprises. Great location. The owner is very polite, responsive and resourceful. It was an absolute joy to stay at this well maintained unit with new fittings and amenities. Would love to come back again. Highly recommended!!"

"Clean, large space for NYC, chic, awesome accommodations, great location in the heart of historic Harlem and may I mention, great city view! Will definitely stay again. "

"I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting...

"Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises."

"Excellent property close to Fordham, very clean and nice amenities! Hope to stay here on our next visit to see our daughter at Fordham."
