"Stunning location, nothing but peace and tranquility. Very comfortable accommodation, very well equipped, and very friendly hosts. The fresh flowers and bottle of wine were an extra special touch. Seeing otters in the loch from the kitchen window was truly amazing."

"First time trip to Lewis to see a recently retired relative and take a look at the island. The owners...ken and Isobel we the best and helped us out when we forgot some thing upon departure"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better location, perfect for walking to local restaurants and shops, and a great home base for exploring all of the Isle of Lewis and Harris. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"Four of us stayed in a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The views were stunning. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Our host Christina could not have been more welcoming or helpful. After days exploring Lewis in all sorts of weather it was wonderful to come home to a comfortable and luxurious apartment and a hot shower."

"The house overlooks Loch Erisort in a beautiful, quiet setting. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with a better equipped kitchen than is found in many rental properties. We found it a good location for visiting Stornoway, the west coast of Lewis, and Harris. The local area to the south and east is also worth exploring. We had a meal at the local hotel which was pleasant, but, we thought pretty expensive, so wouldn’t really recommend that. "

"Fabulous stay at the Hebrides Bothy. Very comfy bed, lovely and warm bothy, good cooking facilities and fridge. Shower was lovely and hot. Games supplied, and Netflix available too. Bluetooth speaker available for playing music. Suzanne made us feel very welcome and provided some yummy cakes. She also provided a blow up mattress and extra bedding. Only one complaint about our stay it just wasn't long enough! Thank you for a fabulous stay. "

"This was a nice little house with everything you need. Our contact was very approachable and helpful. There were nice little details such as little flower bouquets which made it even more cosy. There is quite a loud street next to it, but as we used the place to explore the island this was no problem. We'd strongly recommend the accommodation to anyone who looks for a lovely place to stay in Stornoway from which to do trips around Harris and Lewis. We had a wonderful time. Thank you."

"Unvergessliche Tage in North Galson, Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist schön und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Nur Atlantikrauschen und Tiergeräusche. Herrlich.Zum Empfang fanden wir einen Picknickkorb mit Leckereien und im Kühlschrank einen Prosecco vor.Sehr netter Vermieter, auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen."

"We were welcomed at the door and shown to our well-appointed apartment. Spectacular views from the Castle across Stornoway harbour, and a very comfortable stay. Management are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Recommend the Castle cafe downstairs for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."
