"Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored.
Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it.
False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site
The place should be closed down"

"I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap,...

"Beautiful holiday home, lovely furnishing in keeping with the house. Everything you need in the high street. Lovely pubs. Bus stop to ludlow which is absolutely gorgeous too! Would reccomend."

"Don’t judge a book by its cover! Although this apartment looks small and bland from the street, open the door and it’s a lovely, spacious, light filled place.I liked it very much. The furnishings were great and the decor colourful. It has a good shower room and the bedroom is a good size. It also has a very nice patio leading off the sitting/dining area. Various supermarkets and a chemist are nearby. Also a convenience store, pubs and a fish & chip shop. A short walk takes one to a large park...
