"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"

"The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "This was exactly one we needed. The right amount of space. We booked late and was so happy it was available. Comfy beds, enough linens & towels for both days. We were a family of 8 and it was so roomy. We came in for a funeral and didn’t want to eat out a lot. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook big and small meals. "The house was quirky and had some rustic charm, but the property is not well maintained. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. The cues for the pool table had the tips broken off. The air conditioning units worked well in most of the bedrooms, but were loud and did not sufficiently cool the entire house. "Would recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet comfortable spot. Close to many stores and areas for Errands/a night out. Very clean and neat. There is a garage for overnight parking which is nice, unfortunately it was too small to fit my Truck (ford f150) but it was no big deal. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. If there was one thing I would say is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom, although the couch is more than comfortable enough to watch some tv and nap on. "

"Very quiet and safe enviroment the house was clean and comfortable 15mn drive to the airport shopping center a lots malls around and the best it was only 25mn away from where my son leave.Also the host Mr.Daniel was very kind and helpful "

"This cottage was super cute! Everything was as described and very clean and well stocked. Super close to APU and downtown Azusa. I would definitely stay here again! We were delayed arriving and I messaged the host to advise her of our middle of the night arrival and she went and turned on the lights for us so it would be easier when we arrived! Super accommodating!"
