"Staff were great and very attentive since our check-in. Airport shuttle to and from the airport was great. Breakfast was also very good and offered great variety of options. Great location, close to Lincoln Financial. Overall I would stay here again."

"For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. The A/C in my room was very loud and barely blowing, and the ceilings in my room were cracked all the way around and down the middle. Property was clean overall, but definitely needs some work."

"Our room was fantastic! We had a very spacious room with a king bed and a separate living room area. The hotel restaurant was very good, especially for seafood. The hotel is close to Longwood Gardens and Chaddsford Winery. We also found a wonderful restaurant nearby called the Naked Olive. We had a wonderful weekend."

"I would definitely not pay attention to the negative reviews from a while ago. Apparently the property is under new management and they aren’t playing around. They run a tight ship and it shows. Here are a couple of things that stood out to me for my 4 day stay in June 2026 -They charge a 40 dollar early check in fee if arriving before Noon. -The room itself (we were in Room 218) was spacious, clean and well kept -Each room has a balcony with chairs and table (floors 2 and 3). "This property was clean & our room was comfortable. The breakfast was a plus. Our only problem was we requested extra blankets after returning from dinner with the same woman we checked in with- heavy set older woman. She told us she was alone and would have to retrieve from housekeeping and would bring them later. 2 hrs later my husband went back to the desk to ask her about the blankets as we wanted to go to bed. "I was placed in the incorrect room. The room that was selected waa to have 2 queen beds. Once I the room it had a king bed only. I asked the front desk was I in the correct room and the employee at the front desk said that I was and that the sofa was a pull out. Only to re revisit the front desk again and what I was told earlier in the day was not the truth. So I had to more rooms during the night."
