"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"Loved the great breakfast with lots of options. The rooms are modest but clean and the art decor is very passionate. The beds were comfortable and the extra bed was not. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. It is super easy to get to the public transport to go to the city and to get to the airport it’s an 8 min walk and the S train. We got to the airport in 35 min."

"Although I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, the staff were kind enough to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, it did get quite warm at some point, which made it a bit less comfortable. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service"

"Sehr gute Unterkunft mit Tiefgarage, aber sehr eng. Dachterasse mit schönem Ausblick. Bad ist mit Föhn u. Kosmetiktüchern ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch täglich Zimmerreinigung mit Handtuchwechsel möglich. Lage Top und sehr ruhig gelegen. Um die Ecke wäre noch ein geräumiges Parkhaus "Bauerfeind" und die Tram 2 min vom Hotel entfernt. Dauer der Straßenbahnfahrt bis zur Oper ca 15 min. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder."

"Property not convenient to U-Bahn and thus not convenient for visiting downtown. Staff very friendly and gracious but I often had to wait for service. Bar has nice selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages but no decent food - and no very short walk restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee available all day but stupid policy about not bringing big mugs to room."
