"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt.
Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"I would have given a 5 star rating but I guess the owners are not available locally to fix things. Whoever is looking after the unit was dismissive when I e mailed them about the coffeemaker which was none functional.
It was missing an important small piece. We all took a turn going through the kitchen to try and find it after going on the internet to see exactly what it looked like.
We sent 2 e mails and 3 photos of the issue we were basically given the brush off and it was implied that we...
