"The property is clean and comfortable. Although the hob and microwave/oven are top of the line it took me 2 days to figure out how to use it. I never mastered the hob or the dishwasher. There were no instructions in the room, but when requested a link was sent to me on WhatsApp for a video. No phone in the room, just use WhatsApp. The bathroom was also clean and modern, but if you use your own toileteries (shampoo & conditioner) the drain could not cope and the bathroom flooded. Drains ok...

"Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious for us to have both of our suitcases open. Modern shower was a nice comfort to have. Enjoyed that we could do laundry on the property and was easy enough to figure out."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. "

"Comfortable option for a stay to enjoy Munich and explore Bavaria. Easy access to central Munich by public transport and access to wider Bavaria by car for visiting tourist areas. Good grocery, Italian and Indian restaurants as well as cafe. "

"Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! "

"O bairro é ótimo. com muitos restaurantes e mercado perto. estações de trem e ônibus bem ao lado. o quarto é bem confortável e, a moça da recepção foi muito agradável. "

"Excellence!!!"

"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and everything worked. Had a corner room with a balcony and another window, was helpful to try to get a breeze through the room as weather was scorchio. Parking under the hotel, reasonably priced. For me the best part was the S-Bahn station right out the front. With the doors/windows shut you dont hear the trains."

"Wir waren angenehm überrascht und hatten keinen Grund etwas zu kritisieren "

"Es hat leider sehr viel geregnet in unserer Ferienzeit aber trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren viel in München und am Ende in der Natur, am See und den Bergen. In unserer Ferienwohnung haben wir und herrlich entspannen können und waren mitten in der Natur. Frau Erdle ist besonders freundlich und die Sonnau 10 besonders schön! "
